This scene and especially this line from Chapter 17 of That Which Lies Across the Sea by EisforEverything is burned into my brain. I am all caught up on the epic - it's not even fair to call it a fanfiction - novel on AO3 and I cannot wait for the next chapter. I love this fic so fucking much. I have lived through every emotion imaginable and I cannot recommend it enough.

It's currently at 78/? Chapters but it is well worth the reading investment time.

Set in the Fourth Age after the One Ring is destroyed, it picks up as Galadriel, Gandalf, Bilbo and Frodo board the ship in the Grey Havens bound for the Undying Lands...but there is one more unexpected passenger...

It's got Haladriel/Saurondriel smut, it's got a real redemption arc for Mairon, I'm not joking when I say damn near all the Tolkien characters, it's got Tolkien legendarium layered throughout...this is my Fourth Age head canon. 💖

For Galadriel's meme, I thought of the quote, "...Galadriel would be [Sauron's] chief adversary and obstacle...".

And for Sauron's little cult thing...I am really excited to see how the whole thing with Númenor will play out in the upcoming seasons. I cannot wait to see Sauron sitting there laughing maniacally as the ocean descends on the island. I think Charlie Vickers is gonna crush it.

Lately I've been diving head first into many amazing Haladriel/Saurondriel fanfics on AO3. I'm in awe of these authors, truly.

I recently finished Shadow-Bride by eye_of_a_cat.

This fic had me in a choke hold from start to finish. The resolution, and especially the last line 💋🤌 Chef's kiss. I loved every second of reading it and I felt the need to make a collage, so here it is:
