When I say autism is a spectrum I mean. Some autistic traits include:

Excessive talking - Non-verbal and no talking

Little to no eye contact - Excessive eye contact

Can’t read a person - Can over analyze a person

Socks 24/7 - No socks 24/7

Super high IQ - Below average IQ

Constantly under-stimulated - Constantly over-stimulated

Hyper-sexual - No sexual attraction at all

Being autistic can be tiring, but most of the time it's not the autism that tires me, it's living in an unaccommodating world that's exhausting.

chronic fatigue from mental illness and neurodivergency isn't something you can just will your way out of. your nervous system is part of your body. your brain is an organ. the fatigue is real. you're not lazy. so be kinder to yourself. be gentler with your bodymind.

[For me] Autism culture is staring at all the stuff you collected from your past special intrests and or hyperfixations and slowly looking at your screen as you scroll Etsy and other sites looking for stuff for your new special intrest

i wanna say fuck you to anyone who shame disabled, chronically ill & neurodivergent people, especially homebound folks, for "spending too much time on their phone/on the internet/etc." when it's the only (Somewhat) accessible way for them to experience the world. many people don't get to get out much even if they want to because of their disabilities. shaming someone for trying to connect with the world, make friends and engage with hobbies in ways that are accessible to them is beyond cruel and unnecessary

This space brings me so much peace and serves me. We don’t documentary today on how this space is beneficial for all walks of life and how it’s help neurodivergent people come together . My nervous system is all out of wack now and maybe shouldn’t be on my phone but wanted to share haha lol
