Getting used to a new art software I downloaded... digital art be hard :(

I drew my pet gerbils, Fondant and Ganache!

I've recently got into dungeon meshi and chimera Falin has been on my mind 24/7 and so I drew her... This took about 3-4 days to finish 😮‍💨

My results came in for my graded unit! and as my lecturer said I've passed with a "good A pass"! So I thought I'd get more descriptive with my work. This was my graded unit and the work in progress/development for it, using my part time job as inspiration; working in a phone shop and coming across customer banter and hearing "this belongs in a museum" on the daily I took it literal and created my very own fossil phone using 3D materials such as foam, clay and experimenting with plaster and even silicone molds! Before the final marking took place my piece was even framed and hung in the college halls (not to brag too much.. but it was the first one in my class to be displayed 😁) very happy with how it turned out and the mark I received for it!

some lino prints :) I think the red and green one worked out the best! I did these last week, I did more today of a different drawing but didn't get a chance to take a photo so hopefully next week I can get them uploaded!

We are doing our graded units in class and I'm doing mines on fossil phones due to currently working in a phone shop and hear the rubbish banter of "this phone belongs in a muesum" daily, so I took it literal.

I've been doing mine in 3D form so using some air dry clay, platser etc and have even dabbled in some silicone molding! It's been fun, will hopefully update when final piece is in the making.

In college we have started a print making unit with the theme of "doors". I have done a selection of beginning drawings + monoprints before we get properly into the lino print making.

Two practice sketches done a while back last year. I have a bucket hat filled with ideas that I pull out whenever I'm stuck with art block.
