Bold and sublime, Jamar is a Los Angeles based rapper who is looking to contribute to the evolution of hip-hop by thinking out of the box and creating a style of his own. He is a lyricist and is constantly writing and recording new tracks to debut, and has a collection of collaborations with other rappers including Elephant in the Room, a collective of rappers originating from LA that he is a part of. He has performed at various venues and events, both as an opening act and a featured artist. His eclectic sounds are characterized by a creativity and innovation that is overlooked in most types of mainstream music. Rap is about taking a situation and finding an analogy that is unthinkable to the masses, a mission to capture the bold and bewitching aspects of life that are often overlooked, each one exemplifies his development as an artist and the different sounds he’s been able to create, each track being an evolution from the last.
