debbie, carl and frank all say micky is, but liam says ian is, i think frank said micky because he’s dealt with the milkoviches before and knows how they are (i assume debbie also because she kinda had that storyline with mandy) and liam saying ian because, ian opens up to liam about how and mickys relationship when they where going through a patch, liam was told a side of micky i don’t think debbie has seen, not to share abt carl tho

i know this is dumb on many, many levels, the whole “who’s the man in the relationship,” but in this clip, when mickey asks the question, it sounds like the younger gallagher siblings say it’s ian, but frank says “you are” - and why does that intrigue me so much? yes, it’s a stupid question that should require no answer, but it does interest me on how the family views their dynamics and moreover that frank is the one to have the opposing view.

IAN AND MICKY WHERE THE BEST COUPLE IN SHAMLESS. the way ian traces mickys tattoo, how he holds it, the way he’s not only reminded of how much micky committed to him, but how it’s close to his heart. always. and micky always helped ian in his own way, and i know everyone says this but ian fell first, but micky fell harder.
