When Rabe’a al-Adiwiyah said, ‘i am going to take this bucket of water and pour it on the flames of hell, and then i am going to use this torch to burn down the gates of paradise so that people don’t love God for want of paradise and fear of hell, but because he is God.’ AND WHEN HAZRAT ALI (RA) said, ‘there is no fear of hell and no will of paradise, I only desire Allah’

These lands and those people
kneel to happiness
Even if one endures so much
for the sight of butterflies
The heavy sorrow
always hidden in their ribs
the blood hidden in their eyes

“… Here I am waiting for you as calmly as I can - I need strength and patience! - but happy, happy as I have never been happy before, sure of you, of me, of us, and ready to brave death even if it comes, to welcome you soon, with the clearest look you have ever seen in your life.”
— Maria Casarès  to Albert Camus, Correspondance, September 11, 1949 [#90]

It was good to be a kid
No one expected anything nor anyone cared what you are doing or how you are doing it.
As you grow up , people start having expectations - they want you to do things according to them - they want you to grow up - be a woman or man up - they never understand how overwhelming it becomes for one even thou our elders also went through a time we all are going through but it’s crazy how they just never realize or maybe this time is different and this time we are actually a brainwashed generation as some person said. but being a child was cool right , u never really miss being a kid until one day you understand what it takes to be an adult.

In the forest i go and to be alone
absence of light and wolves roam
let me tell you a tale
I had no place to own
But when he walked by
i found a place to call my home

i’d like to call to hell
let it shatter me inside
when i kill you all cold
It would be an honor to enter it with pride
fire is warm and it doesn’t burn
my heart is frozen and opened wide

i wrote to my own self once
asking about somethings
i asked- why i have clenched my heart so hard
knowing it doesn’t exist in me
knowing , that person took it away - long ago
knowing , i happily handed it over
with words and veins
and it won’t be broken there
as it has been here
carrying it slow and with love
it will dance with a heart beat
Never been heard before
