Hello I made this playlist for this fic. Ik it has a lot of non-lyrical songs, I mean there are some as Taylor swift music is in here. I tried to collect songs that resonate with the premise of the story grief, memory loss, found family, toxicity, love (some good some aren’t) btw this isn’t a heavily ship related fic sure there will be Clara x William but that’s about it. There are certain songs I resonate with Charlie specifically like Nothing New by Taylor Swift, Promise by Akira Yamaoka, The Archer by T.S, New Girl, Old Ghost by Rabibitology, No One Noticed by The Marías… well I could go on as all the music I chose for this fic isn’t just Charlotte as other characters are related to this story just as just she is☺️

The MCI kids will be in this fic which reminded me of how someone I read wanted a more angst centering around those kids and the Emilys and Aftons think about it they had something in common being a victim of William (well for CC case his brother which I’m sure is a cause of horrible and lack of better words authority amongst the a unstable household.)

It’s sad to think about how their life always taken away from them hence why I want to add some clarity of found family bond between them. 🫠

Ik I have a lot of my mind for those kids and these were my picks for them🤍 sad KH music hopefully you’ll like it as much as I did my dear friend to whoever may read this. And yes this is heavily inspired by Kingdom Hearts well for the found family part it is not the whole plot btw so no need to worry on that if that is a problem. And how they had lost novelty such pity and I was interested in implementing Henry’s portrayal on sotm into here well at least breadcrumbs at least for that part.

Charlotte and Michael (Not a ship/ just a found family relationship if anything)

Ngl i am planning to write a short oneshot or short story not a lot but it regards to Charlotte and Michael’s relationship, no this isn’t a romantic ship but I would want them to have an reluctant bond given their upbringing and how Michael is sorta like a big brother isn’t isn’t really close at all with her same with Charlotte toward Mike.

Also would want this to be set around SL era so in the 90s which should make Charlotte either preteen to teenager while Mike is around his early twenties.

Silver Eye Headcanon & Ranting

I feel like Charlie could’ve followed the medical pathway or had a side interest in biology or something like that as a little nod to the puppet as is widely associated with the marionette to “give gifts, give life” like still have her in robotics but with an side dish of biology I would’ve loved her knowing some medical based knowledge

Idk having Charlotte have anything to reference to her ig deadself would’ve been a nice Easter egg in a way although this is just my opinion I do know that fnaf is centered around animatronics so ig it makes sense for her to follow the route her father perused ✨like father, like daughter✨

Also I feel like Scott Cawthon would simply add more details ik sotm just came out and the tea is out like now I lowkey need to rewrite some aspects of my fanfic project regarding Henry’s portrayal in that game or steelwool now that they���re in lead production ig?

And now I low key want a book like an official book regarding the past like sometimes I wonder how were the Aftons and the Emilys were like their dynamic. Speaking of this I have a pet peeve of fanfics where they age up Charlie to be around Michael’s age and they’re besties like sure the duality of them is certainly interesting but I simply prefer the Charlie as the age she was described to a 3 year old in the novels (1980-1983) or just slightly aged up still a kid and another thing is that I doubt Michael would be friends with her. If we’re talking about the silver eye Charlie then I guess it would make sense for them to bond. Don’t get me wrong everyone is entitled to have they’re creative rights to have headcanon and write fanfics and all but like as this is my opinion, you don’t have agree with me or anything, but do you believe Michael and Charlie would be besties? I think perhaps not as Michael has a complex characterization such as survivor guilt as it been implied that he may struggle with so if anything they’re relationship would be distant cousin/adopted reluctant found family also more than likely he would’ve bullied her or knew of her but mostly was in the background bc let’s bfr that boy was too busy harassing CC

By my stance on Charlie interest in health science, chemistry, or biology if that makes any sense for her to indulge in. But not like a super prodigy like what I’m trying to say it would be interesting to see her have SOME knowledge within that FIELD. Like I’m pretty sure high schools have those type of classes then again it wasn’t explored her more early teenage years so we wouldn’t know.

Eventually I’ll write (Charlotte Emily) fanfic over in the fnaf fandom although it isn’t centered around ships in general maybe sprinkles of it here and there but that’s about it….

•some elements from both the game and books (silver eye trilogy) will be implemented into this fic..

But here is a sample:

Rain was a rare phenomenon in a small town like Hurricane despite the irony living in its name. Utah wasn’t a rainy state or didn’t meet the standard for aquatic life in other words the irony within the name is misleading for many-per say non-residents although the name is devried from the strong wind currents. However the same couldn't be said on August 14, where the sky sprinkled heavy droplets of water. Little pathways of the vein-like system all coordinated a stream that trailed downwards anywhere it touched. The misty densely clung against the atmosphere making the environment claustrophobic.

There laid a medium-sized traditional house with green as the secondary color as the green paint coated the door, garage, and simple outlines from the exterior design that complemented the nice stony gray stark of the house as the primary attraction, that confided the suburban neighborhood of Silver Heights to which the hazy vapors hugged the home. A spark of ember was pulsating through the sheer fog, where the false sunbeams danced as little dust particles were floating from the post lamp. That broke its way into the very enriched home that housed the colors of green and gray.

The transparent golden light refracted through the window, only a large percentage of the light would distort in its journey of false sunbeams being redirected onto the young girl who is sprawled on the hospital bed, neatly. As if she was being well groomed by a mortician by the way she was positioned, hands folded neatly below her chest where the slight breathing motion is being consistently rhythmically beating in even breath. Subtle twitches from the body were expelled by the girl who was seemingly around her early teenage years who was drowning in her own depths of isolation.

The house seemed to have held its breath, careful not to awake such a restless soul. Whispering tethered parchments of proses that binded the remedy seducing the allure of the ambience surrounding the girl no older than than 14. Her muscles pinning her to the cushion of what was underneath her–fully submerged in an eternal twilight where the ink of her subconscious bled through reality.

Throughout the distance between the mind and the world was chorus of sirens wailing that was in sync with geometrical lines reading the on-going wave of the heart. Yet accompanied another fellow pair of heartbeat was a young man, who sat beside the limp girl, who listened to the music box replay her vitals.
