Ok so I believe these scenes go together just like this, Gihun is escorted to Frontmans room to finally speak with him and as he's walking towards him Inho slowly removes his mask and Gihun finally sees who he is and thats why he looks so emotional as he gets closer, like he's about to cry, because he realizes once again he was betrayed by someone he trusted.

I also really think (and hope) at some point Gihun meets Noeul and they come up with a plan and this is Noeul taking Gihun to Inho.

Theory time again!

With the new arc for Horizons right around the corner, here's some of my thoughts and theories as to what may have happened the past year:

1. Spinel captured the Six Heroes himself

Assuming he used the Rakurium in the last episode to make the Heroes fight each other and weaken them, he captured them for himself and is keeping them locked up for whenever & whatever he needs them for in his overall plan, and is still on the hunt for Rayquaza. Its also possible he may have used the Heroes to his advantage as a threat against Amethios father to step down from Exceed and let him take over.

2. Liko went back to focus on school and attempt to clear the Rising Volteccers name

Considering Spinel decided to turn everything around and claim the Rising Volteccers are responsible for the destruction at Rakua, maybe she went back to her school to tell everyone the real story in hopes they'll believe her. Even though it hasn't worked out, she still wanted to stay and focus on school now that her Rakua adventure is over.

3. Roy & Cap have been looking for Friede

I don't think much has to be theorized about this, its obvious lol. They probably set out after realizing Cap didn't revert to being wild like the Heroes did when Lucius passed on.

4. Dot is investigating Exceed

Maybe after finding out Spinel twisted the story and made them the bad guys, she started doing her little hacking and has been trying to get information from Exceed on what Spinel has been doing, trying to figure out what his goal is.

5. Friede and Amethio are working together

This one may be a long shot, but I'm theorizing it because Amethio wasn't seen in the previews or timeskip just like Friede, and he's always been onto Spinels schemes. Maybe when he fled from Rakua he found Friede & Charizard and they decided to come up with a plan to take Spinel down for good. Plus I feel the show always hinted at a possible team up, with them first battling each other to battling side by side against Rayquaza.
