something simple and soothing like a looping lofi cover art! but what content? which character or background? I'm open to suggestions (no promises to make it but I WILL consider it). ideally from fandoms I've posted before (like UT, Kipo, AA, Pokemon, etc), or generic backgrounds (grass field, flowers, etc)

#I've got a proper work in progress but in case I don't complete it I'll just post the outfit sketch now lol #Liko Pokemon Horizons #Pokémon horizons #outfit design sketch #meowscarada #image described #id in alt text #sketch #it's inspired by meowscarada's design but tailored to Liko's outfit tastes (shorts and vest material and sock/boot height etc)#basically something that she won't mind wearing (characters' preferences are pretty important to me when I design outfits for them)#for recognisability and comfort #the collar is the wide kind since her casual outfits don't have high collars so it stands to reason that she prefers wider collars #it's not that easy to see cuz of the sketch quality but yeah. stuff like that :3 #idk if she minds the texture of ruffles though! but it's a callback to meowscarada's design and looks suitably dramatic for a magician #so I left it as is

hello! it's the anon again, i think my favorite characters would definitely be Tang Ren because of his funny, money-loving self (that i relate to a lot) and Kiko for her skills in detective work.

and the headcanons? THEY WERE AMAZING. it made sense too. especially that performance art one. i feel that Chen Ying would technically call him Uncle Seven, maybe due to family friend relations and not a biological one. you weren't doing them wrong, these were nice to see.

as of now, i have watched 3 episodes of the 2nd season and i just missed the movie release on theatres and have to wait a while to pirate it.

who's your favorite character from the series?

Oh! And im not sure if you've heard, but there's another movie that came out this year. Detective Chinatown 1900. wasn't able to watch it but the trailer looked really nice.

that and the second season for the T.V series is out as well.

hmm I've recently been drawing Hiroshi Noda in a dress (I did make a post about it quite a long time ago, but only started a neater sketch after I rewatched Det Chinatown 2 and 3 to do the headcanons), no other sketches planned atm

oh yeah, I saw the trailers! I'm planning to watch it (probably a few years from now ahaha, I've got way too many things on my watchlist and not enough energy). are you going to watch it eventually too?
