These gfms belong to organizers who have reached out to me and all of them are nowhere near their goals, there are a few more I'm going through right now but these are all verified. Please share and donate to help these families.

@ahmadturk00 is a verified gfm! Mohammed Skaik is raising funds for his cousin and their family to evacuate Gaza - Ahmad Al Turk's family is made up of seven people and are currently living in a tent - they are a newer gfm and need urgent support. (€1,332/ €70,000 - 4/30/2024)

@hlabarka is also a newer GFM but has been completely verified, she is raising the funds to evacuate with her three-year-old daughter and her husband from Gaza and into Egypt, she and her family have been forced to relocate in Gaza seven times. ($1,112/ $50,000 - 4/30/2024)

@maisonhijazi is organizing for Hamdi, a father in Gaza who is trying to evacuate his children to safety - they just had a baby girl while displaced in Gaza. Please help him get the funds he needs to evacuate his family to Egypt. ($6,852/$25,000 - 4/30/2024)

@mohammedfamily87  Tareq Abu Obaid is organizing for his friend Mohammad Mousa, Mohammed is trying to evacuate his three children and his wife - his house was airstriked back in October, and has lost several members of his family already. (€170/€80,000 - 4/30/2024)

@ahmednabubaker is organizing for Yusuf, an eight-year-old boy who is being threatened with kidney failure, and Yusuf's family - this campaign is for Yusuf and his family to be evacuated to Egypt so Yusuf can be treated and receive a kidney transplant. Reblog the fundraisers you mfs!!!!! I don't know why you all skip those to reblog some pic of a banner saying "FREE PALESTINE" or of news from Columbia University! Literally these people from Gaza have made an account on Tumblr and is writing in english to communicate what they need and you all are coming onto my blog or on the tag and not reblogging their posts. We have people both Palestinian and non Palestinian vetting the fundraisers! I mean more the reblogs, more the chance of the fundraisers gaining momemtum, the more there would be a chance of a donation. Please donate if you can and reblog!!! and follow them if it is possible.

@/mohammedayesh has posted about getting leaflets, telling them to evacuate Rafah. They are very low on funds. Go follow them and reblog their posts and donate if possible.

We have @/haneenatya too whose mother is suffering from eye stroke and need to evacuate. Please I have been following them for some days and it doesn't seem their own posts are getting much attention.

Follow them! They are on tumblr. Reblog their posts and donate. The protests in universities are being done on account of them. They should be our focus.

(EDIT: on re-reading my post it seems as if I am dismissing all that the students of universities are doing. I am not. I just meant, since all of it is to help Palestinians, we must not ignore them when they ask for help).

I was punched and pepper sprayed by cops that my university administration set on student protesters yesterday. Including once where a cop ripped my mask off my face, grabbed my jaw, and sprayed pepper sprayed straight into my mouth. The university sent out an alert in the middle of our protest canceling classes for the rest of the day, only citing “adverse conditions”. After protesters dispersed under threat of even more violence and three buses of riot police from all over the state with rubber bullets and bully sticks parked in front of one our school’s famous landmarks. I staggered over to a couple of friends who were watching on the sidelines. They gave me water and an apple and held a bag of ice on my very pepper spray irritated face. As they were walking me back to my dorm we ran into one of their roommates. She had taken cancelled classes as an opportunity to get crumbl cookie with her friends. Standing in front of her, happy in a floral blouse with her box of cookies, in my pepper spray and water soaked tshirt, keffiyeh sadly hanging off my shoulder, holding an ice pack to my mouth, felt like a slap in the face.

After putting my pepper spray soaked clothes, shoes, and keffiyeh in a plastic bag and taking an extraordinarily painful shower, a friend and I went for dinner just off campus. There we had a pot of green tea and ramen to soothe pepper sprayed throats. We got ice cream after (shared a cup with chocolate and raspberry pomegranate with strawberry pieces on top, it was very good). From our spot outside the ice cream place we watched a steady stream of groups of sorority girls in matching jeans shorts and blue bikini tops walking back to their apartments after some apparently raucous parties. The cognitive dissonance was insane. I really felt a little like I was going crazy.

Even this morning, waking up to the smeared sharpie of the National Lawyer’s Guild’s phone number on my arm, a black and blue chest from where a grown man straight up clocked me while I was held up by two other protesters in a wall, and a still sore throat and eyes from the pepper spray, life goes on like normal. I still have final papers to write and a math exam to review for.

I’m not sure I really have a point. But, this feeling only makes me want to fight harder for a free Palestine. So, fuck Israel for being an apartheid state and all of their crimes over the last 76 years. Fuck university administration for not disclosing their level of investment in Israel. Fuck university administration for not divesting from this genocide. Fuck Joe Biden for actively supporting this genocide. And fuck the police.

Yeah, I think everyone in this country can wholeheartedly agree with you that a two state solution is not a solution at all. The violence and poverty doesn't end if you pretend that this is merely a matter of opinion instead of the natural result of centuries of colonisation.

Sometimes I see ppl argue for partition/a two state solution to the Israel/Palestine conflict and I just. One thousand yard stare from the part of Ireland under partition where paramilitaries very much still exist and make life hell
