Honey Orange Glazed Salmon. Salmon is good stuff, fresh is great but even frozen can work. This glaze gives it a nice flavor and a slight crisp to it. It’s tough finding fresh seafood in the mountains... the orange glaze is just enough and not sweet and adds just a slight crisp to it.
