No Idea What To Add To Your Morning Routine?
Well have I got the POST FOR YOU!!
I have been trying to take up healthier habits lately, and having a morning routine really helps with that. But how do I fit in my morning routine? I am sooooooooo busy, between writing lessons, actual writing, married life, and trying to get a real job. Life f*cking sucks.
So as of today, I am implementing a new routine, and thought I would share it with you guys to give you some ideas!
Clean my face and follow with face mask routine. This one is pretty self explanitory. I will clean my face again after step 3, but it helps me feel refreshed and helps me to wake up.
Coffee and a smoothie. This is my breakfast. Usually my smoothies contain yogurt, frozen fruit (instead of ice cubes, so when they melt they don’t dilute my breakfast), and green tea. It’s super healthy, and now I will be having it daily instead of once every month… or two.
Yoga. I actually do it for around half an hour to 45 minutes on averege, although I haven’t done it enough. Today will change that: I will do it LEAST every other day, if not daily.
Clean face again, then makeup. Because even if I am staying home today, seeing myself in even mild makeup really helps boost my confidence, leading to a productive day.

Beauty doesn't have to break the bank | DIY Face Mask
My favorite trick for when my acne gets a little too out of control:
1) Mix one egg white with a tablespoon of lemon juice
2) Apply to the face avoiding eyes and mouth (wash your hands or brush before applying)
3) Do that twice a week for two weeks
