Long story short, someone has figured out how to get javascript into FFN user bios.  When this was first posted, they were trying to copy that script into other peoples’ bios, spreading it like a virus. I had an example account listed to show it, but it’s getting too dangerous to link it; you can see what’s going on in sfu69’s post below, though.

All it did at first was rewrite your bio.  The next day it tried to spread the “virus”, and for some people it succeeded. Currently it tries to add a backup email to your account, the first step in getting your password reset. It could get worse at any moment; I’m pretty sure they can put whatever javascript they want in a bio with this method.

There’s so many fanfics where Sakura is just EXHAUSTED from working the hospital forever and Kakashi has to carry her home. If you’ve written that scene, consider this fanart of your fic. (and write more, and send them to me, and I’ll draw kakasaku goodness)

I bet if kakashi and sakura were closer in age everyone and their mother would be shipping them. Kakashi is cool but not a jerk. He doesnt put Sakura on a pedestal,he doesn’t consider her weak, even when she cries, he saves her like all the time but also acknowledges how far shes come and how much stronger shes gotten also HEIGHT DIFFERENCE??? And come on who doesnt want a piece of kakashi hotake???? He would tease her and she’d make him smile and laugh. He respects her he cares about her HE WOULD NEVER LEAVE HER DaMN IT.

Could you post ten 'secret' tips or guidelines on how to write Sakura well? She is a difficult character to write well, and I respect your portrayal a lot. Any pointers you could give me and anyone who reads this?

;;  UH. Hmm. Let me give it a shot. I’m going to try and break down how I see her and how I developed her, so I think this is going to be more of a guideline to how I write her.

Note: I get salty. I get really salty. So take this all with a grain of salt. :D Also, “you” is in general, not “you” as in you, Lady. Or anyone in particular. Just the general “you” that likes to ruin my favorite girl.

1. Pay attention to her canon development.

The Sasuke-worship ended after the chuunin exams. The vanity and concern to her appearance ended after the chuunin exams. Inner Sakura merged fully with “Outer” Sakura because she slowly gained confidence to be herself.

To expand on this – in Classic Naruto, she’s closest to being herself when she interacts with Naruto and Ino, not when she interacts with Sasuke. So when she interacts with Sasuke post-Shippuden, her actions should closer resemble how her 16-year-old self treated Naruto than how her 12-year-old self treated Sasuke. You cannot have her revert back to her pre-chuunin exams self and claim you’re following canon, because you’re not. 

2. This means she has a temper. 

Sakura’s temper is so freaking present throughout the entire series. It’s only as she grows in confidence and becomes herself that she lets herself be free to show it. She grows to control it, adapt it, fuel it, use it for good, and let it fly. 

Writing her angry was one of the easiest ways for me to figure out who she is. she’s brutally honest with herself when she’s angry. Finding out how she responds when angry and when she’s flying in a rage helped me establish her foundation. I totally recommend everyone else to do the same.
