the broke family house (sims 4 version)

hi everyone ! today i built a house for the broke family from the sims 2. i updated their lifestory to fit my save file (which is set before the pool ladder accident, so skip is still alive...).

i left some screenshots of the house under the cut and you can go on youtube if you'll like to watch the full speedbuild !

here is a video of me building a starter house for my very own save file called the "ultimate franchise save file" (probably not the final name lol) which will include sims from all for of the sims games !

this is the first building i'm sharing and as you can see, i'm not the best yet at building and making videos so please be nice :)

the feldman family

welcome the feldman family ! this is the first family out of two households for my newest let's play.

next we'll meet the lowell family and then i'll present you both household houses.

down below you'll find some informations about the feldman family :)

barry feldman

barry is a young adult, he is married to coleen and together they have a daughter named ellie. he is a workaholic, he's lucky, frugal and athletic. he also loves the outdoors. his lifetime wish is to be a scientific specialist and he is currently working in the medical field. he is a level one celebrity due to his parents, whom gave their son a great start of life financially wise but weren't much there for him as a child and now he's trying to break the cycle by being the best father possible to ellie.

coleen feldman

coleen is a young adult, she has a daughter named ellie with her husband barry. coleen is vegetarian, nurturing, lucky and an animal lover. she also has a good sense of humor. her lifetime wish is to be surrounded by family, thank's to barry's family money, she can be a stay at home mom which allow her to focus on raising their children. since she became a wife and a mother, she tend to forget herself, but luckily she has a best friend whom is always there to remind her that she is a woman before anything else and that she should also take care of herself instead of only thinking about her husband or her daughter.  

ellie feldman

ellie is barry and coleen's daughter. she was named after her mother's best friend, elizabeth. ellie is a toddler, she loves the heat and is good. since her parents taught her how to talk, she can't stop babbling. she loves playing and following her parents around. ellie enjoy her life as an only child and loves to have the entire devoted attention of her parents. what she doesn't know yet, is that it might not last as long as the wished it would.
