‼️HSR SPOILERS & LEAKS ‼️
ON CYRENE & THE TRUE NATURE OF AMPHOREUS
Found a readable that just spoiled the entire plot of Amphoreus - the Anecdotes of a Numerophile.
TLDR: we are never beating the simulation & Cyrene OP allegations
1.
Tumblr media
"A machine with divinity, an unspeakable higher being." You mean, like the Aeon Nous?
Tumblr media
2.
Tumblr media
This is so painfully obvious it makes me cry.
As we know, the Chrysos Heirs/Titans are inspired by the Flamechasers in Honkai Impact 3rd, a group of 13. The CHs and Titans go hand in hand because as we've learned from Anaxa, the CHs of one era become Titans in the next.
Who do I think the 13th titan is? That would be none other than Cyrene. 12 current titans + 1 make 13. But why Cyrene?
When we saw her die, she was stabbed with golden blood flowing out of her body. And according to leaks, Cyrene is a Throne level emanator of Remembrance - meaning shes the closest to being an Aeon without actually being one.
It would make sense that if she were the 13th titan, she'd be described as "indescribable and beyond human comprehension."
3.
Tumblr media
The most obvious thing ever actually, I take my previous point back.
Now, with the leaks of Cyrene being a throne level emanator, it's also stated that she is most likely the true creator of Amphoreus. Which would technically make her it's true god, no? If all the other titans are simply part of the simulation and she is the one who exists outside of it, then she IS the true god.
Not to mention that in HI3, a song commonly associated with Elysia, Cyrenes counterpart, is called TruE. The same song that plays when we see Cyrene at the end of 3.3, in a piano melody.
Thank you I stand my case ❤️

So.... SPOILERS FOR 3.2
My theory was basically right: the chrysos heirs will be the future titans and in that sense phainon IS the next kephale whatdya know maybe I AM an oracle
Phainons Identity (?) A theory and horribly yap session.
Tumblr media
3.0 SPOILERS!
Hear me out. We all know Phainon is being VERY blatantly pushed into the notion of bearing Kephale's coreflame, the one of Worldbearing. But don't we think it's almost a little too obvious? There's probably going to be some sort of twist to it. And I think that Phainons connection to Kephale runs deeper than it seems.
What happened in a specific section of the 3.0 main story adds to my suspicion. The trailblazer goes back in time to Castrum Kremnos alongside Castorice, meeting a warrior unlike the rest named "Lord Gnaeus". In the end, he turned out to be a piece of Nikador, the Strife titan. Before the black tide had consumed them entirely, they'd split up fragments of themselves. Such as honour, courage, sacrfice, tenacity - and the Nikador we had met, reason.
In all honesty, this truly feels like foreshadowing to me. Amphoreus has a recurring theme so far of including some sort of identity theme into its storyline. Whether it be characters having multiple identities/forms, or past selves coming into play. Even with the new golden scapegoat mechanic in Amphoreus, the one where you play as a golden goat outrunning your corrupted past self? There's a reason why basically everybody thinks that flame reaveris Phainon.
"Stop yapping and get to the point". Evidence to support why I think Phainon was made from Kephale.
Phainons eyes having a symbol very similar to the one of Kephales coreflame is strangely suspicious to me. None of the other Chrysos Heirs have anything similar of that notion, such a blatant visual symbol tying them to their respective titan. "Eyes are the windows to the soul", right.
Tumblr media
He is NOT human. The other Chrysos Heirs all have the flaws that make them human, or at least physically ties them down to their humanity (The demigods like Aglaea, Tribbie and Cipher). So why is Phainon considered a perfect vessel? Perfection is an inhuman trait, one that makes me think he isn't human and never was. And what if he's considered the "perfect vessel" because he was quite literally formed from a divine being?
Tumblr media
"Chrysos Heirs believe Kephale is the symbol of deliverers and heroes. They are the father of all heroes and the form that all deliverers will eventually take." Deliverers? Where have I heard that before.... Oh right, Phainons title is literally "The Deliverer." The father of all heroes is an interesting statement too. "Stand with me and become heroes" is what he says at the very end of one of the teasers. Aglaea also mentions how he bears the weight of saving Amphoreus' destiny on his shoulders, because that's what fate has precedented for him. He believes he has to be everybody's hero, even if he subconsciously doesn't want to be.
Tumblr media
Kephale goes by a multitude of titles, just like all of the other titans. And most of them connect right to Phainon.
"Worldbearer" -> He bears the weight of Amphoreus, aka the world on his shoulders.
"Sky Father". Phainon is named after a figure in greek mythology called "Phaenon". As it turns out, they were the sky god of Cronus.
The other two titles are "God of creation and omniscience", but I don't have much to say for those two. Though, the last title could be referring to how he might know the truth. I doubt current Phainon does. But I have 0 issues seeing his past self, flame weaver not relating to that title.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As it turns out, Kephale was the one given the task of creating life on Amphoreus'. The first humans were created in Kephales own image. The titan adored humans so much that their figure always remained in the mortal world just to accompany them, as they bore the world on their shoulders just for said humans. With how much Phainon clearly loves Amphoreus and it's people, come on you can't say these two aren't alike
Tumblr media
Going back to the figure who Phainon is named after, Phaenon. Originally, when Prometheus (a titan) created humans, he made Phaenon the one exceeding past all others in beauty. THATS not the important part however. Asides from the similarities of a titan creating humans and "Phaenon/ Phainon", this titan in particular was one that was extremely fond of humanity. In mythology, the titan stole from and defied the gods in order to improve the lives of humans. He cared about them so much in fact that his punishment was to have his liver (where ancient Greeks believed human emotions to be) eaten, and then eaten again after it regrew over and over.
That scene in the first Amphoreus' trailer where he splashes golden liquid onto his chest may have been fan service (I enjoyed it) and an attention grab, but its also pretty funny when you consider that Kephales form in Okhema has the same golden liquid adorned over them
Tumblr media
In the book "As I've Written", Phainon is said to be a soldier with divinity coursing through his veins. Not a chrysos heir with divinity in his blood, a soldier, of when he'd first arrived to Okhema. Why did he have divine blood if he wasnt even a Chrysos Heir, let a lone a demigod like Aglaea or Tribbie? Unless of course, he's a divine fragment of Kephale that is.
"eager to bring light to the hero's path."
"He was eager to bring light to the hero's path". This sentence honestly ties in to how it was said Kephale abandoned their throne ruling over worlds just so they could become a ray of light for the people of Okhema.
Tumblr media
Also this conversation you can find in the description of Nameless Faces?
Tumblr media
TLDR: Phainon isn't human and was possibly made FROM Kephale. Phainon = Phaenon and Kephale = Prometheus.
Also Amphoreus' might be a fucking simulation so there's that

Kai Monteago and Damon Maitsu being more similar than most think is genuinely so... There's no way he's not going to end up as Damon's support now.
Tumblr media
I genuinely thought Kai would be a naive extrovert who would talk to anybody, but in chapter 1 he's the complete opposite of that. He's extremely cautious and aware of the dangers of simply existing in the killing game that they're all in.
He stays in/near his room most of the time, only going out when necessary. When he loses his ring under the fridge in one of his FTEs, he asks a few people for help but doesnt ultimately try to persuade them because he knows that no matter how much that ring means to him (a lot), his survival and safety is more important and he ends up returning to his room.
But once hes there and he sees Damon, he allows himself to show his vulnerability and be on the damn near verge of tears, pleading for his help. He trusts Damon, of all people, more so than I can say he does with the rest. He allows them both to sleep in his room, and even his bed. He knows Damon won't do anything to him. And during the blackout, he immediately turned to Damon so they could pair up. Oh princess how I hate you.
And Damon on the other hand is just as distrustful of the rest, shown by his only ally having been Eva. The only difference between him and Kai is that Kai presents himself as more sociable, whereas Damon is far more reserved.
They're also both extremely lonely. Damon didn't have the time to make many friends as a child. Even his debate partners were mere acquaintances to him, because he was so focused on studying debate to make money for his family. Kai, on the other hand, lost all of his friends when he became an Influencer.
Kai believes his current 'fans' are his friends, because they're all he has left. They support him no matter the controversies he's been in, and he believes that's their way of expressing their care for him. But, in reality, it's a parasocial relationship. After all, he's just another influencer to them, and he never bothers and even dislikes receiving private messages.
Damon with his superiority complex, and Kai with his inferiority. Their views on the world are warped to appease their own egos and conscience, and I don't know if they're doomed because of it or not
TLDR: Kai and Damon share similar struggles and Kai is going to be one of the only people that Damon will first grow to 'depend' on

why do I have an inkling that kai monteago might be trans.......... Like I don't have any substantial proof (only chapter 1 is out right neow duh) but it's just a feeling
I mean butterflies are a common symbol for transformation right? It just so happens to be his motif, a pink butterfly being sewn onto the left side of his sweater (where his heart is). Also in the beach designs, he's covering his chest too
Tumblr media
Even in this official art (Desmond and wenona look so FINE but that's not the main focus here) Kai is basically fully covered. I'm pretty sure swimming binders do exist, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's why he doesn't reveal his bare chest like most of the male cast.
I mean, its also possible it ties into him as a person. He begun as an influencer by posting edited photos of himself. He's definitely not as confident as he makes himself out to be.
Anyway transmasc Kai canon trust I'm actually the apple Damon's holding in the trailer

damon maitsu is definitely not straight LMAO his interactions with Kai in chapter 1 have been enough to prove that. Not to mention saying the male celebrity pin up calendar was "pretty sexy". No straight man says that Damon idk.
Him and Kai both sleeping longer when they shared a bed, and always being together in official arts, NOT TO MENTION the valentine's day art where Damon received a package from a secret admirer with butterflies around him and the box being in Kai's signature colours (amber and pink). Oh I know what you BOTH are queers.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If this isn't a Kai reference on everybody's SOULS Damon's dying next chapter
Imo I think he's pan, or on the bi spectrum. He admitted Evas smile was a good look on her and that her true personality was endearing, not to mention blushing when Diana said he'd look good with colour on his cheeks like that's my icon right there

Elise (Edelweiss) Deane: Twisted from Alice herself! (Finally my son has come into fruition </3.)
Tumblr media
INFO:
- A boy who doesn't confine himself into the norm.
- Age: 17
- Childhood friends with Chen'ya, Trey & Riddle!
- The heir to 'Deane Publishers', one of the top publishing companies in Twisted Wonderland.
- The complete opposite of Riddle. Finds annoyance in the concept of rules & conforming. Tends to think of such people with irritation they're not taking advantage of their life when the chances arrive.
- Great friends with Chen'ya & Rielé, though finds Elio (twisted from Lumiere) uninteresting. On the other hand, Neige is so nice that he can't even be nitpicky about it.
- Has an older sister and younger brother, Margareta & Heinrich, alongside his mother Moira!
- Yes he's named after the Edelweiss flower 🤫
