Hey hey! Thank you for your continued patience, we at ChiakiZine are very happy to announce we have begun shipping out orders! You should have received an email with a tracking number, so be sure to check your spam folders just in case!

We are also shipping packages out in batches, so if you do not see the email, don't fret! Just give us some time to get everything shipped out, and if you don't see it by February 5th, please contact us in DMs or Email with your order number.

We at the ChiakiZine team wish everyone a happy holidays to anyone who celebrates! With this we come bearing an update ⬇️

All of the merch and zine books have been received, and we are currently sorting through them to make sure we got the amount ordered. We're expecting to start shipping around early January as to avoid any holiday rush during this busy time of the year.

We will be sending emails regarding address changes today as well, so if you have changed your shipping address, please be sure to check your spam folders and reply with your order number and the address change by January 5th! Another email will be sent by BigCartel once we begin shipping ^-^

Note that we've made some minor changes such as centering the title and other text in the credits.

I hope you answer to questions this way. I wanted to ask, if is it necessary for me to fill out the address form if I want to preorder a digital version? And how am I supposed to write my address if I don’t live in US and address system works differently here? This is my first time preordering a zine and I’m very confused

Hello! Thank you for asking, for a digital only purchase the address is required to calculate tax based on zip code. Regarding the address being non-USA formatted, it should be possible to plug in the address, however if you are still experiencing problems please feel free to DM us with it so we may sort it out
