Interestingly, I ended up watching the show in the wrong order. I watched the first episode last and the last episode first. I didn’t know that the main character dying was supposed to be a shock. In fact, I anticipated it. The entire time I was watching, my heightened anxiety made it even more thrilling. Because I knew that she was going to die, it made me cherish her character even more and although I was upset when I realized that I wasn’t supposed to watch the show this way, I think I was meant to. My incorrect yet unique way of watching the show resulted in there being an ominously happy ending where the main characters meet for the very first time There’s this promise of keeping in touch, that they could possibly end up together. They do eventually but it’s bittersweet. I know it’s gonna happen. I know she’s gonna die.

Growing up

There's something about Gravity falls trending again combined with me turning 18 next month that triggered this overwhelming urge to reconnect with the things I loved when I was younger. I'm drawing again, I'm reading again, I'm revisiting old musicals I was obsessed with. Youtube even caught on and started recommending me videos that I watched frequently when I was like 12. Animatics are so back for me. It's like seeing an old friend after years of drifting apart.

The Bear Season 3

This season was definitely not the best but I don't think it was supposed to be. I guess the creators wanted us to crave more in order to create anticipation for more of the show and characters. Season 3 felt like flashbacks and long scenes of dialogue which did feel repetitive at times in my opinion but, I left feeling like I understood the characters that I grew to love and I was able to appreciate little details and moments between some of the characters. The acting and cinematography was beautiful as always.
