Katekyo Hitman Reborn x MDZS headcanons (MDZS character’s flames)

Note: I love fanfics that delve into the idea of people being able to use multiple flames or don’t have “purely” one type of flame ability (ex. Xanxus with his sky flames mixed with Storm to make wrath) so I’m taking that concept and SPRINTING.

• Wei Wuxian would be a multi-flame user. Not sure what specifically. Maybe Lightning was his primary flame bc of he invents like Verde. Maybe also Cloud flames? Or Storm? I think he developed his abilities as a Mist user while in the Burial Mounds the first time. I would love to think that WWX is a Sky tho (also bc imagining LZ going “my sky” FEELS SO GOOD).

• Jiang Cheng as a primary Cloud flame user? Aloof and distant. I could see him being both a Cloud and Storm. Maybe a hint of Lightning since Zidan is literally that. Probably had been compared to WWX due to similar flames (oof).

• Yanli as a Rain. Calming and grounding. I’d love to have her be a primary Rain and surprisingly a secondary Cloud.

• Lan Zhan and Lan Xichen are Rains. 1000%

• Wen Qing is a Sun user due to healing. Maybe a secondary Mist? I think Wen Ning wasn’t that good but as a fierce corpse he unconsciously uses healing to strengthen himself.

• Jin Ling is a Storm. Gokudera vibes right there.

• Lan Jingyi is a Sun. Ryohei vibes to clash with Jin Ling lmfao

• Lan Sizhui as a Rain user. I can see him having Sun flames due to being a Wen tho. Maybe he is a strong Sun flame user but was trained for his secondary Rain flames (which no one but him and Lan Zhan knew were his secondary flames).

• Ouyang Zizhen as a Rain feels right. But I love my boy and him as a sky tho,,,, Junior Quartet just need a Lightning, Cloud, and Mist.

• Yu Ziyuan is a Storm user. Anger issues. But also being able to use Lightning for Zidan.

• Jiang Fengmian having Rain feels right. But also Cloud is also speaking to me. Primarily Rain user with a hint of Cloud

• Jin Guangyao having Mist flames…. yep. Tacking on Xue Yang in that group.

• Nie siblings with Lightning flames. I think Huaisang pretends he sucks at it though. But we know he knew how to use those flames in ways Mingjue probably wouldn’t think of.

• Jin sect has a lot of Storms and Lightnings. Maybe some Mists. Idk. Feels right.

New concept:

WWX developing his own elements.

• Lan Wangji as his Rain

• Jiang Cheng as his Storm

• Nie Huaisang as his Lightning

• Wen Ning as his Sun.

• Jiang Yanli as his Cloud

• Wen Qing as his Mist

Ok. Another idol storyline:

SY and SJ are siblings. SJ is an idol who is making a comeback after stepping out of the limelight for a while. During that time, he was a trainer for idols. SY is,,,, doing his thing (PIDW). He had a bad medical scare which prompted SJ to step down to keep an eye on SY.

SJ is older and is at the point where he looks very mature. SY is like a baby faces version of SJ. During an MV for SJ’s return to the industry, they need someone to act as a younger version of SJ and SY is literally right there. With no other choice, SY ends up getting bribed to perform. Fans were literally eating up the concept of the private SJ having this cutie patootie little brother.

The company saw this and a light bulb lit up in their brain. When SJ goes on tour for the albums that MV belongs to, SY gets dragged into performing in exchange for PIDW merch. There is a moment where SY comes onto stage pretending to be younger SJ who is closed off from others. Then, SJ comes up to SY and hugs him (symbolizing SJ being kinder to the younger self who went through a lot). Fans eat that shit up. People post edits of SY and everything.

Cue in the variety shows and shit. Showing off the dynamics between the brothers. I’m imagining people rushing up to SY to talk to him and SJ being a bodyguard for him lmfao. SY is awkward about it all tbh. SJ just sends him food and gifts as an apology (but he won’t say it’s an apology)

Shang Qinghua didn’t really have anyone to celebrate his birthday in his initial life. Do you think he had birthdays where he would get a little dessert and sing happy birthday to himself and that’s it?

I absolutely love D. Gray-Man. And I know MXTX previously wrote fanfic for D. Gray-Man (according to a wiki??). I like trying to connect her work with stuff from D.Gray-Man even tho it might be a stretch lol

I know the guqin is the typical instrument Lan clan members use but imagine Lan Zhan favors the instrument because the strumming’s low thrum helps calm him down. He plays music to help him deal with difficult days. Sizhui kinda of realized how much it helps Lan Zhan relax and also took up the guqin to help.

Ok. Hear me out on this Y/N kinda plot but:

Idol!LBH going around the city he’s gonna be performing in for an idol group convention and he meets Shen Yuan who’s there with SQH who wants to see MBJ perform. LBH going “why the fuck does he look like the idol trainer, Shen Qingqiu?” while Shen Yuan’s like “why the fuck is this incredibly handsome man STARING AT ME!?”

LBH ends up talking to SY acting like he’s a staff who knows SQQ. Turns out SQQ is SY’s parent’s cousin or something like that. LBH is laying it on THICK with the flirting and all SY is thinking is “wow. He could be an idol! This guy is so pretty.” Meanwhile, SQH is internally screaming about Cucumber Bro getting to talk to THE Luo Binghe. Even more crazy, LBH is FLIRTING with him and his bro is not getting it at all.

SY mentioned being there with SQH to see MBJ. This prompts SQH to heavily emphasize that they are best friends because he is NOT getting between his bro and the absolute unit that is Luo Binghe. Thank fuck he did that because the look on LBH’s face was cold for a split second.

SY and LBH exchange numbers. For a tactical advantage, LBH gets SQH’s number so he can get information. Shang Qinghua is hesitant but the bribery of getting better tickets and maybe backstage access to meeting MBJ is extremely tempting,,,,,
