Sex Appeal in T.A.B.O.O. vs Gimmick Game

I've been thinking about it, and the difference between how Sakurai and Nino's "sexiness" are presented is quite interesting. Sakurai's most famous solo song is Taboo, where he strips for the choreography of the song (not in Arafes 2012 unfortunately). Nino's most well-known isn't Gimmick Game, but this is one of the few "sexy" songs that he has with suggestive choreography. Most of Nino's solo songs during the Arashi days are cute, upbeat songs or heartfelt ballads.

Gimmick Game is also the only song by an Arashi member (afaik) sung from the perspective of a "girl". Nino's solo songs are known to play around with pronouns, as seen in Niji, but this song is quite explicitly narrated in a feminine manner of speech. So in Nino's sexiest song and choreo, he's sing-acting as a woman/feminine character, whereas Sakurai's song is masculine, assertive, explicitly addressed to a girl, and the choreo also reflects that.

Now I am aware that Nino is the only contributor listed in Gimmick Game (for both music and lyrics), and Sakurai co-wrote Taboo. I don't know the stories behind either song, just thought the way sexiness is presented in their solo songs were noteworthy.

Hot Nino photoset

I like to collect a lot of weird Nino pics (like this eating/drinking one), but this is to serve as a reminder that he's still really hot.

All of these are from his movies/TV shows or professionally shot (like for Office Nino or magazine covers) in different years. Oldest pics are from 2008-2010, and the most recent one is the kimono photo card. It's so jarring to see his 2010 self side-by-side with him from the past few years, but in a good way (?).

I'm surprised that out of all the pictures I have of Nino, only 5 were of him eating or drinking. If I have more I'll add it to this post. I just like pictures of Nino doing regular things. It makes me happy as a fellow leftie to see him use his left hand in all of the pictures (even though he writes with his right hand!)

I sat through 10 episodes of Vivant (mostly at 1.75x) to collect screenshots of Long Hair Nino because he looked too hot. The simping truly knows no bounds... He looked so good in this series, it's quite a waste of potential since I really didn't like this show.

Nokor was easily my favorite character (aside from the fact that his actor was the only reason I watched this); I loved his tsundere nature and the father-son relationship/drama was one of the only things I liked from the show.

My favorite shots were of him crying or held hostage. do not come for me

For Black Forceps season 3 I propose they bring in yet another genius heart surgeon, again played by Ninomiya Kazunari (no relation). And then Sera becomes his understudy again despite being a fully fledged surgeon by the time this happens
