Very mild-natured. Many rookies don’t take him seriously because of this.

At first, he doesn’t seem to have the qualities to be a ranking officer mostly because he smiles like he doesn’t have a single care. However, if he’s challenged directly for his rank, he’ll beat them half to death, let them go, and let them serve as an example for others who question him.

He doesn’t have a lot of physical strength, so he relies on his agility and momentum to land blows on the opposing side.

His magical capacity is above-average. He’s not known for big and complicated spells, however, he uses his ability to form daggers/swords/melee weapons out of ice for various uses.
