Hihi! I've loved your art for years, and recently I've been considering going to school for illustration/concept art and I was delighted to know you're pursuing something similar. Would you have any tips for someone who wants to study that ,,?

it all depends on where you go but from my own experience here's some tips !

be organized in everything you do, i have a lot of different classes, each with their own work to do. There's a lot of work to do on the side for each of these class, it's very time consuming and if you don't plan what to do each day you're quickly going to get overwhelmed with the workload

you MUST love to draw, we draw something like 8-9h at school and then at home each days, you also need to be a creative person

concept art is not paying much for a junior and there's a very low demand on the market, be ready to not have the job you really want at the end of be unemployed for a while

the cost of the studies is high, to give you an idea im paying ~34k€ for 4 years

be ready to get criticisms, it might seem obvious but be ready for old school teachers who will tell you your work is shit without hesitation

studying in illustration/concept art is hard, the art industry isnt kind, some schools are very competitive and it's not a surprise when you see a lot of students with burnouts during the years. This isnt to discourage you at all, i hope that my honesty can warn you about these things instead of you going in blind and finding that out the hard way.

if you do go to an art school, i'm wishing you the best luck and please continue to create for yourself no matter what, don't lose sight of the passion you have for art ! <3

(I, and prolly a lot of other people too, would quite literally watch a 4 hour long video of you working on a painting)

haha well if i do painting streams i could leave the full vod and upload the speedpaint version on youtube or something so you guys can have both version !

Hellooo, ever thought about uploading process videos of your art on youtube? Your art is so pretty I would absolutely watch hours of you drawing/painting it!!!

i did think about it but sadly my pc can't speedup hours of recording

once i get a better pc i would love to do speedpaints or streams !

should I make a daily account here on tumblr? (I mean like a daily *Character* doodles) I am kinda new so I was curious if you could give me advise TT TT

as you wish ! if you already have a twitter account that does this then you can just make a new blog here and repost the same doodles, if not just post your doodle normally here !

despite the name daily dont force yourself to actually do it everyday keep in mind these accounts are for fun and shouldnt become a burden or a task to you ^^
