“I can’t think of anything to write, I’m just walking around here between the lines, underneath the light of your eyes, in the breath of your mouth like in some beautiful happy day, which stays beautiful and happy even if my head is sick, tired.”

My favorite book tropes.
This is just a personal opinion. Feel free to disagree.
This list is random. No trope is superior to others
◇ Antagonists or enemy turned ally
I blame the Avatar: The Last Airbender for this one. Zuko arc is still superior to this very day.
Seriously, how doesn't love when the badass antagonist became the "fun drunken uncle" or when the fated-rival of the mc became the " unofficial sibling " ( Hunter from The Owl House).
Not every enemy needs to become a lover. Maybe they became family.
♡ Found Family
When I say "no trope is superior," I lied. This is clearly a superior trope in my agenda.
Seeing how a group of very different individuals meets and forms different relationship dynamics and strong bonds is a big "Yes" for me.
Seeing how a person discovered how home isn't a place, but rather the dearest persons who love you - in a platonic and familiar way. Definitely, yes.
Showing that the spiritual bonds are stronger than blood bonds. Absolutely, yes.
I can talk all day about it, but I will leave it for another time to explain more.
♤ Enemies to lovers
This one is a very beloved trope and the one how is butcher the most, in my opinion.
I love to see true rivals going from " I despise you so much that I want to see your corpse hanging on my wall" to " I love you so much I will sacrifice the world for you" .
I want more than" I didn't know you, but I heard you are the bad guy." Maybe an " we fight in the opposite sides of the war" or " we have totally different world views " .
I want to see their hatred, their angst, and their complex emotions when they discover that the person who they hates so much is also human or have a good point of view.
This trope is endless potential for drama that is often reduced to one-side poorly explained hate for her side and the misunderstood guy with good intentions in his sides.
At this point, I think this one trope deserves an entire essay.

Being an amateur writer is wild.
You have all this complicated plot in your head, endless notes with topics that will make an FBI agent go crazy and at least some wild backstories ...
...but you also have to write all of that, and that's the hardest part.

Have you ever read a book that is mostly vibes?
Like, you didn't really give a sh*t about characters and the plot is a fever dream, but the book has nice vibes and sometimes magic♧

For the people how ask why I read fantasy if it is so unrealistic... That's the point.
I don't like the reality. I like escapism and dragons ✨️

“You’re the ‘she’ to my ‘nanigans’.” ~ Unknown
♤ I think it won't be a surprise when I say that I love "partners in crime" couples. They have a special charm, and I love their dynamic

When I was 14, the ladies from my local library told me that my " fantasy phase" will end soon.
Now I'm 22, still reading and loving fantasy books.

For that one f*cker how said that money can't buy happiness ...
Do you know how many books I can buy if I had the money? Do you know how happy I can be if I can afford at least a nice tea or latte at my favorite coffee shop just once in a while?
I can definitely use some money to buy some happiness.

Everyone wants to be a fae, a vampire, a werewolf, a mafia boss or something cool.
I want to be a f*cking ghost in an huge old mansion with a giant library so I can read, write and draw all the time without worrying about time, food or rent .
