Hey. If you stumbled upon this, you most likely have already heard the situation in the past one way or another. However, I feel the need to address this as this is serious and has been on my mind for sometime now. If you haven't figured it out, it is regarding the rape allegations against me from earlier this year.

So, I'm not going to say the actual names of anyone involved, except those who heard the information and relayed it onto me. I am going to do this in order to protect the individuals who made the allegations and who were involved. Rape allegations can not only affect the person who supposedly did it, but can affect those who made the claims if proven false.

I am also going to state that although I was planning on making a video regarding the situation with my satirical humour, I decided against that for several reasons. 1) The video will just spark a witch-hunt against the person who falsely accused me. 2) The topic is serious and deserves more of an in-depth response from me and my side of the story. 3) This whole thing is nothing to joke about, especially due to rape being such a big thing right now with everyone coming out in Hollywood about it.

The video is finished, however, so maybe I'll post it one day. But if I do, it will NEVER be a public link and will stay demonitized on my channel as unlisted.

Anyways, lets begin this journey. I'll start off with some background information regarding it all. So, there was a girl who I was thinging with in the summer of 2017. (We will give her the name Tana.) Tana and I had a few bumps during our thing, with one of them being a cheating accusation, which, lemme just say, how can you cheat on someone when you aren't dating? But whatever, that was basically the downfall of our relationship. She ended up telling me she thought we were dating, despite me never asking her out. So, I told her we were done because that was crazy to think, and on top of that, she got mad at me for thinking we weren't.

I slowly started to realize at that point that Tana was crazy. She ended up telling most of her friends the opposite, saying that I thought we were dating and therefore she ended it with me, which was completely false mind you. But, all craziness aside, we kept out of each others lives essentially until February 18, 2018. On this day, I was told by my friend, Lucas P. that at a party he was at, he was told by one of Tana's friends that Tana claimed I raped her friend. Serious accusation to make right there, especially with no evidence. So, I shot her a text. I kept in the text she sent me on New Years, wishing me the best. Remember this text in the future.

No reply, as you can see. I did nothing about it, until February 20, 2018 in which I went to the office regarding the situation. I didn't want to, but my counselor was booked for the day and I really needed this off my chest as I was already stressed out and depressed at the time. Also, not only was my reputation in question, but the Student Council's was too as I was one of the main faces of the Student Council, and with a scandal that broke out just a month before, we did not want negative spotlights on us again. I believe she got called down that same day, but I didn't hear anything about it. This was the big day however where everything unravelled itself. It all started with these texts I received from Lucas S. right after the school bell to end the day. (Black is Tana, White is the girl who I apparently raped)

These were the texts that solidified it in my head that this happened. The two Lucas' that told me Tana said this HATE each other due to some past beef. So, why exactly would they collaborate together on a lie saying she said this? It was clear that they both separately found this out and both realized how fake this accusation was. So, as any good student would do, I decided to take it directly to Tana to see her side of the story. However, she beat me to it Nonetheless, this is what she said.

You see a few red flags? I did too. My school administration didn't, but I sure did. 1) Why would your friend happen to be randomly liking photos on YOUR Instagram account for no fucking reason? Makes no sense, especially when she has her own account. 2) Notice how she flatters herself as if she is the queen and I am a peasant and not worth her time to make shit up about. This is typical behavior of someone who is making up shit and caught in the act. 3) Lemme explain why the second last text is completely invalid. So, the girl who I apparently raped, she hungout with me once. That is true. HOWEVER, I was very much not alone. I was with a guy who actually told me something earlier, Lucas S. We were driving around a bit, then we split our ways. I was alone with her for a very short period of time. Was I flirty? Yes, but only over Snapchat. But think again, how would she know the whole situation? After all, administration didn't tell her that was the only night we hungout. Therefore, how does she know about that? And how does she automatically connect the victim of this to her when the school also didn't release any information about who the allegation was regarding? Seems fishy that she knows. And in all honesty, the whole response just seemed fishy and as if she was trying to back herself out of it as innocent because it got taken to the school.

A day passes, and I check in at the office about the situation. They confirm that the texts she sent me is what she said yesterday. Although they didn't see a lot wrong with the texts, she did say it seemed a lot like something was up and she was trying to remove herself from the situation. So, the administration said they would pull in the "victim" to talk to them, along with both Lucas' and a couple others to see what was said. Of course, the victim had no clue what was going on, especially considering she texted me WHILE I was in the office asking what was happening because she had no clue about anything regarding it. I wish I still had the screenshot, but I unfortunately can't find it and I was told by the school to block both Tana and the victim from social media. Essentially, upon talking to the victim and Tana, the school told them to keep my names out of their mouths and that if they spoke of me again, they would both face expulsion and charges from the school on behalf of me.

You'd think this was the end to the story, correct?

WRONG.

I believe this was a few days later, I received a text from my best friend saying she saw this on Tana's Instagram spam account, something I clearly no longer had access to due to the school blocking me from it.

Now, she tried to poke fun at me for a bunch of things that were simply made to hurt my reputation further, along with false information altogether. Stuff she knows I have verified myself. However, this isn't about the points, its about how she broke the one rule the school gave her. So, I brought it to my parents, who were outraged that the school never told them about any of this and how they never told Tana's parents. My dad then told me to pull up her address and go to her house to speak to them. Upon arriving, Tana's parents were furious with Tana regarding this, with them later on asking me not to show the school this and apologizing on behalf of the whole family for what happened. I accepted it and moved on again. Tana and I never spoke again.

So, why am I bringing this up now months later? Because I still get questions about it to this day. In fact, I added Tana back briefly to pull up the texts to my friend (which made no sense to me considering I was supposed to be blocked by her). Afterwards, I blocked her again. But, would you take a look at what she posted this time:

Once again, it is her indirectly poking at me again. All she had to do was say nothing. Why did she have to post this? She had no reason to.

I'm going to conclude this all with this: I did not write this to have people witch-hunt this girl. In fact, thats why I cancelled the video I was going to post. I want people to know the truth of the situation and how you have to be careful with rape. By all means, if it happened, TELL SOMEONE!! BUT, don't go around telling people false allegations. These allegations can hurt a person for life. I am speaking out as one of those people now because I've known so many girls that think they can get away with this and ruin a guys life forever thanks to one thing he did stupid. It is not, and never will be, acceptable to falsely accuse someone of rape. And if you suspect someone has been raped, go to the cops. Don't start a rumour in your school to ruin his reputation. If it was serious, cops should be involved.

Once again, please don't witch-hunt that girl. If I see any of that, I will not tollerate it as it is ridiculous to do and although she nearly ruined my life, I don't want, nor have any intents to ruin hers.
