You speak of your healthy but large diet as resulting in your perfect pudgy figure, but May I ask about your exercise/physical activity habits?
Sure, let’s talk about it!
I’ve always done sport and have tried many different kinds of sporty activities over the years.
At the moment with being in my last years of Highschool there isn’t much time anymore for team sports but I still try to incorporate physical activities into my daily life.
For example, I mostly since living in a smaller town take the bike or walk places as it helps me to calm my mind. I also have the privilege of having a dog so obviously I’m taking him on walks mostly every day. One thing that I love to do in summer is playing tennis and beach volleyball. And recently I started to really enjoy going for runs which I now do around 2-3 times a week :)
Since with studying and being in school till 3:30 pm I spend most of my day sitting, movement helps me a lot to get away from the stress that comes with it.

What's the secret to have a body like yoursss??? ✨️✨️✨️
For me, eating a mix of healthy foods with some unhealthier options works the best. I’m not a big fan of fast food but rather enjoy cooking myself. I just have a big appetite. I think beauty comes from the inside and your body can only glow if it is taken care of. Therefore be aware of what you put in your body since you can also gain weight without eating an excessive amount of sugar and fat :)
