You felt a pair of eyes on your back and you knew who they belonged to, Leon Kennedy, you couldn’t help but be a little nervous, see─ you had quite a crush on him and you weren’t sure if he had on you too because, sure, he’d stare at you from time to time, and smirk when you caught him but that could only be from fun, friendly little teasing... right?

It certainly didn’t symbolize anything, you believed shaking the thought out of your head when your friend tapped on your shoulder to see if you were okay, you nodded yes and continued your delusions for a certain character.

When you were getting to the good part you felt a finger tap your back, you turn your upper body towards the person to who the finger belonged, it was Leon when he smiled at you you felt your heart rate accelerate.

“Here,” he said in a hushed voice, he passed you a small sticky note folded neatly into a small square you could feel the heat beginning to rise to your cheekbones, you take the note from his hands slightly brushing your fingertips against his.

You turned around to face the front once again, then looked down at the note as expected your heart was jumping up and down as you thought of the possibilities of what he could've written, your anticipation snapped you back to reality.

You've finally opened the note only to be slightly disappointed but happy he's decided to talk to you when you carefully read the sentence you couldn't help but smile at his awkwardness

The note said, you chuckle at his small joke and then suddenly as if you had a newfound confidence you started writing, in your mind you think this is the best pickup line ever...you'll soon regret that thought and what you wrote on that memo.

A few minutes later you were proud of what you had said, you had folded the note back up and passed it back to Leon

It was his turn to chuckle, his laugh made butterflies flutter in your stomach you could practically hear his smile

The note you wrote was funny to him he couldn’t help but smile as he read it

When you received the note back from him you eagerly opened it back up and to your surprise, Leon had asked you out! You were kinda expecting him to say some corny thing but he didn't you could feel your heart doing backflips and summersaults, your face heated up once more.

Not wanting to back down you wrote your next big bold sentence

You did the same routine write, fold, pass it as the notation made it into his hands safely you got to feel the warm touch of his hands against yours, it was a nice thing to feel

Leon had spread out the note again to see what you jotted down now it was his turn to blush he had thought you'd take his invite as a joke or reject him as others do but you didn't this made his day a little better

He quickly noted his reply

When you gave the note back to couldn't help but snicker at the possibility of him not knowing how to drive once he got it he noted his explanation then handed it back to you

As you received the note again you laughed out loud causing the entire class and the professor to look at you, ashamed as you were you slumped down in your seat with a raised eyebrow your professor looks at you expectantly

“Is something funny L/n?” your professor looks at you turning his body to give you his full attention some people laugh and whisper all around you this was the pit of embarrassment “No sir..” you mumble from your hands “Good. Now students, bring your attention over here.” he says dismissing the display from a few seconds ago

After the spotlight vanished from you, your class was surely over, quickly but clumsily you gathered your items and sidewalk out of the lesson

“Gosh that was embarrassing...” you sigh into your hand unknowing that a man was standing when you saw his legs you quickly lookup only to find Leon smirking at you

“Sure was,” he said as he laughed at your reddened face “So...we still on for tomorrow?” he asks a bit awkwardly

Giggling at his awkwardness you nod your head yes, “Well we have lunch now..wanna go grab something to eat?” you point to nowhere and ask

His awkward smile turns into a real one “yea let's” he said as you both started walking down the hall
