Y hiatus

Sorry for the inactivity. I just determined my plummeting follower count about a half a year ago as negatively affecting my self-worth. Plus, with series 8 completely mangling my beloved tolerant, independent, needs-no-man-to-be-awesome Clara, I just can't with the new stuff anymore. Plus there's only so much Ten/Rose you can post along with hardly ANY Series 7 Clara stuff, so blah.

I miss old Clara. Ask anyone in my costuming group; they'll all say she was annoying and horrible this series. She was not acting as she was in 7.2, and I personally think she's been Moffat-ized. Her romance with Danny was too quick and unbelievable (we see hardly any of it, especially anything that would draw them together romantically, and are supposed to root for them as a couple? Nope. Nopenopenope that is not a romance I (or anyone) can forgive her for for when she threw the TARDIS keys into the lava.) Total BS.

How does someone go "nuh uh, we'll time travel on Wednesdays so I can continue living my life, taking care of kids that aren't mine, being a strong person on my own" to "omg DANNY WHO I BARELY KNOW AND HAVE NO REAL REASON TO LIKE BRING HIM BACK DOCTOR I HATE YOU BTW IT'S TOTALLY OKAY IF YOU MOCK MY WEIGHT THAT'S NOT DEMEANING OR ANYTHING"? Moffat needs proof-reading, PLEASE. PLEASE. If not, then please eject her from the show before more damage can be done.

I miss Rose. I miss old Clara. It's too depressing.

If I might add: I DID try to participate in the fandom with Rose/Clara crossovers and Eleven/Clara fanart, but nobody seemed to like it, so I give up.
