cleo also having special interests to do with biology and the ocean, marine biology. and also, probably gets overstimulated easily, like how in s1 she didn’t want a big party because it made her feel overwhelmed.

cleo also wore winter clothes to a swimming pool party and used a sleeping bag to hide in, and at the same party, lewis came in his fishing gear (he “never leaves home without it)

The worst instance of the girls treating my man Lewis like trash is in S2:E1. They throw his ass right out of the volcano, MANY MANY FEET IN THE AIR, and GOD KNOWS how badly he landed on the beach. So, they caused the most traumatic event of his life and then when he doesn't mention that ever again (like he never blames them for it ever) and instead tries to HELP the girls figure out their new powers, Cleo thinks he's too fucking clingey and breaks up with him..WHAT THE FUCK MAN😭 HE COULD HAVE DIED💀‼️

I feel slightly cheated that we didn't get to see Lewis and Cleo on an actual date in the Valentine's Day episode. I like to imagine if the episode kept going past him showing up with the rose and everything, he would've taken her out for a moonlit picnic on the beach. maybe he even set up a table and candles, just to make it more elegant. (this is not hate to mako mermaids, i have watched it and did actually enjoy it)

it’s so typical that mako mermaids gets 4 seasons get h2o only got 3 seasons. unfair

it makes no sense as well since h2o was more popular so you would expect more demand so more seasons but i guess not….

(but i’m aware the h2o actors were starting to get old for their roles by season 3 but still….)

yeah, everyone acts like s2 is SO much better than s3 when s2 has a lot of flaws too

my one tiny gripe with season 2 besides the overall treatment of charlotte's character is that we didn't get any end-of-year party for the girlies and their beaus to dress up at. season 3 sucks all round but at least we got to see bella in an adorable all-white fit, cleo in a cute floral sundress, and rikki in a gayass hawaiian shirt. not to mention the iconic feat of costuming which is the season 1 dance episode like rikki's black outfit with her little red heels? emma's blue dress? cleo's purple dress?! academy award

not a lot of people talk about this but h2o actually has some pretty good panic attack scenes of the characters feeling anxious and look like they’re having panic attacks, and when i was watching it just felt so relatable since i tend to panic quite easily. the first one i noticed is Zane’s panic attack in the episode “Hook, Line and Sinker” 1x20 where it shows him getting increasingly anxious because of him being scared of heights, which made him very relatable to me and was what made zane a more sympathetic character in s1.

the second instance is in season 3 with Cleo, in “Keep Your Enemies Close” 3x3 where she’s panicking about doing her dolphin tricks at the marine park in front of a massive audience (completely understandable, same tho) i still can’t believe Laurie made her do that with not much preparation 😭 but yeah, this scene shows cleo genuinely getting anxious and worrying, and it’s so relatable.

so yeah, sorry if this is badly executed but i just liked the fact that h2o showed these real life experiences. obviously it’s not a good thing to experience, but it’s nice to make people aware of what it looks like to help them

so many people say lewis is just purely a ravenclaw, but i personally think he’s a mixture of both hufflepuff and ravenclaw, because not only does he have: wisdom, intellect and wit, he also possesses traits of a hufflepuff too: loyalty, patience and hardworking, especially how he’s always there for not only cleo, but emma and rikki too, even when he gets a new gf in season 2. he’s a ravenpuff/huffleclaw!
