I'm currently looking for digital copies but I can't seem to find any online.

Where are those darn cute-ass images of Anakin and Ahsoka and the AT-TE on Teth Dave Filoni sketches from?

It's from the Collector's Edition DVD/Blu-ray boxset of Season 1-5 released around 2013. Scans from that booklet are tagged #collector's art book

Both the DVD and Blu-ray version carries the booklet but Blu-ray comes with an extra digital concept art gallery.
