I was scrolling through the Shinya Hiiragi tag and found this. At first I did not plan to discuss, as I don’t want to be dragged in anything, but at the same time I felt the need to point out a few things, I hope you don’t mind. Leaving aside the fact that making a post to explain why you hate a character doesn’t sound like it’s for the fans of said character at all, in fact it sounds rather “provocative”, especially in the tag of said character, but let’s not consider this.

Because that’s what fans Shinya makes me hate him. Fiercely. I Hate. When appearing with him posts. When all are full of headlines "Where Shinya?!” “Where is my baby Shinya?!” It makes me just skepticism. 

This is not really relevant to your “critique” to the character, you simply sound mad because many people love him, so this point is unnecessary.

This character is not as important, such as Krul, to call it so. Well, okay, this thing of the past.

Just because you don’t think he’s important, which is not true (he’s one of the main characters of the light novels, one of the characters who has much space, as he’s basically Guren’s best friend), doesn’t mean that people can’t love him and doesn’t mean he can’t deserve all the attention he’s getting. 

I did not understand the entire part from “Past. In the past, Shinya was much better. He is now a good friend (note that I say this about the character, which I hate.” to “Kureto said that he finds meaning under his patronage. This is more looked like a joke, but it is.”, so I’d be grateful if you could explain it better, if possible?

Although the number of times he rescued Guren. Despite how good a character he was in the novel. Now he dummy. He chose a wrong path, and now he is worth nothing without Guren. He stopped in development. This is particularly evident now in the new chapters of the manga. At first he thought that his sence is to become the fiance Mahiru. Mahiru choose Guren. He began to follow Guren. It is nothing of itself is not until you hear the name “Guren”!! I hate that this character does not want, does not want to develop.

What do you mean by “he chose a wrong path”?  You’ve read the light novels, so you should know that Mahiru and Guren were the main people who gave meaning to his life, but in different ways: while Mahiru was “a prize”, something he needed to achieve for his own survival and something he somehow wanted to conquer because he could not accept defeat, Guren gave him much more, he was someone Shinya looked up to, because of his kind nature. It’s just normal that now that Guren is not behaving like he used to, Shinya is completely upset, which means he’s reasoning with his own mind, he is lost because Guren was his sun, and his sun is now acting neither according to his moral, nor to Shinya’s (yes, Shinya does have a moral, growing up means to amplify your moral and put it to act, no matter if other people “shaped” it, it’s your own when you believe in it).

The official information, I remember, he said: “Guren listens to jazz? Mahiru also listened to him … Maybe I should go out and buy the record?” His actions are not independent, and that it annoys me. 

Since when such a thing means your actions are “controlled”? When more friends like the same thing, you may feel interested in that thing as well and think “Maybe I should give it a shot”, so how can such a thing make someone appear lacking of personality or, like you said, “independence”?

And you, his fans probably only see a gay boy (and he is very similar to a gay man. He, not Guren) with a beautiful voice.

Again, this is very unnecessary and provocative.

You can write as much as necessary “protect Shinya” organize its own sect, yes. Which has the name #gureshin and #shingure. Right? Shinya is interesting to you solely with Guren, you know? It’s not funny. I also love yaoi, but this pair never earn my respect.

Again, this was pretty rude and unnecessary, do not speak as if you knew how fans feel about Shinya. I personally ship GureShin, despite that, I care more about Shinya’s happiness and I wouldn’t give two fucks if Guren ended up with a girl, I just want Shinya to find his happiness.

And do not forget that this is when pair the two complement each other, rather than one blindly follows another erroneously considering it a sense of his life (for some reason wrongly? Because it does not lead him to no good). 

As if Shinya knew what he was going to experience... The bad things that happen to him are a result of what the world sets aside for him, he simply followed the person he genuinely liked the most, not for strength, but for friendship and values.

Something you and other people don’t seem to understand is that what he is going through right now in the manga is an important moment for his development, this is probably the moment every fan of Shinya was looking for: his mask is dropping. I probably had much more to say but forgot.

It will be a long post, but if you’re curious to hear about your favorite character, you will read it to the end. Probably, I break the usual mode all fans Owari no Seraph of this loud statement? Well, I do not care. I am not “all’, I’m alone, and I feel so comfortable. In my opinion no one is independent, I do not belong in the group of fans. And that’s fine. Because that’s what fans Shinya makes me hate him. Fiercely. I Hate. When appearing with him posts. He knows how to give yourself a clear assessment, it is not arrogant or pompous, no. And this is my opinion about Shinya Hiragi. A good friend. Raised guy (I remember how he defended Shigure-chan from the fist Seishiro, or ordered to dress Mito-chan, after the horror that took place in the 4 volume, after the attack on the school). I like and how it communicates with Goshi (it always looks very funny). You noticed? I say nothing of the Guren. I remember Shinya treated him, I remember that he raised a hand against him. I remember how he was jealous, ordered to leave them with Mahiru. And so I liked him a lot more. Have you noticed that this was not? Not that it was after the Guren called him and said that he had sex with Mahiru. How many times he called himself her fiance? He wanted to save her. And now everything had collapsed. Now he no longer had meaning. And if then! If he has not called Kureto !! Kureto said that he finds meaning under his patronage. This is more looked like a joke, but it is. Why do I hate him now?
