When Jason first met you, either you grew up in the streets and ran into him or maybe you were adopted by Bruce, it doesn't matter.

All that is when he instantly meets you, he knows you're his.

Maybe it's because you remind him so much of himself before he died or maybe it's because you're innocence, you're want to explore the world around you with childlike interest.

He just knows he has to protect that, protect you from being corrupted in this godforsaken world where only the strong survive while the weak perish.

And he knows you will perish if not with him protecting you, guiding you, to realize that he is the only one who can protect you to keep you safe.

He knows he shouldn’t indulge in these selfish feelings but he doesn’t care enough to stop them.

Because in his mind you need him, you need protecting because who would be more fit on protecting you than red good himself?

The name that sends criminals running, the name that strikes fear into anyone who has once crossed him.

That's why he kills.to keep you safe to make sure no one gets their grubby hands on you. Or they will have to challenge redhood himself.

that's why he keeps you locked up in his apartment to keep you safe and sound, because he knows no one will hurt you under his watch not even yourself

That's why he does what he does for you his prescious little sibling,so will you just stop fighting and accept his love?

Because he's all you're ever going to need.
