Over ripe bananas? Make these quick and easy Banana Buns! No knead, No Sugar! 2 over ripe bananas 2 tablespoons melted butter 6 tablespoons of milk 1/2 tablespoon of instant yeast 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 1/4 cups flour Preheat to 340°F Mash bananas, add butter and continue to stir as you add the milk and yeast. Mix well and add in salt and flour and continue mixing until all flour is incorporated. Cover and let rise about 1 hour Break dough into balls, roll in a bit of flour if too sticky. You can really work them if you want smooth balls but I just kind of left them as pictured to see how they naturally would come out. Cook for 20 minutes Spread butter over the top of hot Buns and serve pull apart style

Honey balsamic Brussel Sprouts Clean and cut your sprouts in half. Set oven to 425F Spread on baking sheet and sprinkle salt pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix right on the baking sheet to coat sprouts. Bake for 20 min. While they are baking mix two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of honey Pull sprouts out after 20 min and toss right on the pan with the mixture. Set oven to broil / grill and place sprouts back in oven for 2 minutes, watch them so they don't get too dark for your linking
