Well they're technically just images but you can print them out and do whatever you want with them. Tape them to your wall, tape them to your phone case, stick them to your cat!

Maybe that one Frankenstein rewriting I said I was working on earlier this year. Well I'm still working on it, I took a break from it in February and haven't picked it up again until recently, I'm really bad at writing so don't expect too much from me. I'm sorry lol

Anyway have these doodles I made of the creature, victor Frankenstein and Henry Clerval. I just wanted to draw them, theses are pretty much what they will look like in the rewriting. Whenever I decided to finish it.

Alright, Alright let's get one thing straight. I'm late for possibly the best art challenge ever again, but at least i actually got to finish a draft this time around. I remember getting a request to draw Gabriel utterson and I been holding out on that for a bit, until I realized yesterday was the last day of marmay so I HAD to draw something.i know this doesn't look the best but I tried, I think this is my second time drawing him and it doesn't look too bad. Anyway maybe someone will enjoy this.

Not really, and probably only vaguely, without hyde there's no Jekyll, without Frankenstein there's no monster, without the Lawerance Talbot there's no wolfman, and no phantom or invisible man without the causes for their creations. They would all just be people.. very strange people, but people with little to no purpose to their stories.

And I rather like their purpose.

as i was reading the 1818 annotated text of mary shelley’s frankenstein, i noticed that one of my favorite lines, “Clerval was a being formed in the very poetry of nature”, had an annotation by Shelley connecting it to The Story Of Rimini by Leigh Hunt.

i obviously checked it out, and found out that that line was describing PAOLO from dante’s inferno… as in paolo and francesca… THE star-crossed lovers… francesca was in an arranged marriage (familiar?) and sinned by falling in love with paolo… and theyre together in hell and regret nothing…

i’m actually weeping over this being a canon parallel. go stream francesca by hozier one billion times
