I was inspired by @tiredfoxtf Grian forcefemming Joel mtf to create my own hc of Etho forcemascing Joel ftm

Basically, something something Etho and "Jo" went to the same highschool but nevar really talked, now they're going to the same college, and are in a few of the same gen eds

Jo's a part of the campus historical society which puta on renfaires and reenactments for educational purposes. Whenever Jo can, she plays a pirate wench and beats people up with swords

Etho sees her at one of these reenactments for the first time... and gets struck with the sense that's something is wrong. That's a man in a dress up there. An uncomfortable man. And it's Etho's job. Duty. To free him

Please check out the music artist Sparkbird! Their music has references to the life series, but are vague enough to never know unless you were told.

I'm almost certain their song “Mayday” is about boat boys.

They have an indie-pop sound with a similar vibe to Crane Wives and Yaelokre.

Their song “Atlantisia” has grasped me and won't let go.

The songs are also great for OC and story inspiration.

can you draw etho, and then joel is sat on his lap (his back facing etho)? joel is again wearing a hoodie, skirt and tights. etho has one hand on joel's thigh, underneath his skirt. another hand on joel's stomach, underneath the hoodie. and his chin resting on joel's shoulder, teasing him.

When empires season 1 fell, most people survived. Except Lizzie didn’t remember a thing. Joel remembered everything.

He made his wife fall in love with him all over again.

The thing is, he didn't even try to. If Lizzie didn't love him this time around it would hurt but... Joel would accept it. It's simply how things would be.

And then Lizzie fell for him all over again. She could have chosen anybody else! No strings attached, the perfect restart in life. But she chose Joel all over again.

Guess they've gotta plan another bloody wedding. A bit harder when they're rebuilding society too.
