🦇 Johnnie and Maria (RANT)

*Their relationship is so strange and confusing I don’t even know what’s going on but I would like to give my few cents on what I THINK happened (please note that the things I say in this post might not be cannon)*

(1) Maria Flores is the sister of Ana Flores and allegedly romantically involved with one of the victims named “Danny” who she had met presumably in college? Their relationship is described as “having a very deep and inseparable connection”. She went to college and was then kidnapped and tortured by Johnny who was romantically interested in her at the time and judging by his voice lines STILL IS.

(2) It is heavily implied that there might have been some (sexual) abuse taken place during the period of time of Maria’s abduction some of her voice lines include“please don’t be Johnny” and “I hope it’s not that thing”. In one of Cooks voice lines he talks about how he doesn’t want Johnnie to bring a love child into the family. Allegedly one of Maria’s old concept art contained her “original” outfit as just her in underwear and a shirt which is pretty weird and obscure judging by the context and situation she is in. Knowing that GUN describes Johnny as a traditional serial killer who tricks women as to lure them into his families home to kill them also described as “narcissistic” it would be no surprise he would be capable of such things. (I am not saying this is true) it gives us a weird one sided love story of a psychopath who is attracted to one of his victims.

(3) this man is definitely not a sweetheart and I feel like fan girls water down his character because of the fact he is good looking to empathize with him. This man is not an angel he will kill you if he had the chance. As regards to this he is a literal stalker who followed Maria everywhere and finally got his hands on her when she was corned into the family home.

• Stretch regrets seducing Leatherface at the confrontation she had with him in the radio station because it put her in more danger than she already was in. She didn’t do it because she was genuinely attracted to him it was the only thing she could do.. this man was 6’4 and weighed more than her wielding a chainsaw. Stretch was nothing compared to that monster of a man it was her only choice to survive but this went downhill and made Bubba fall in love with her.

• Bubba was so confused at the weird feeling he had in his pants that the little lady on top of the tub of ice and soda made him feel it was so confusing. It throbbed and felt so hard his poor body didn’t know what to do since he had never been taught or even knows what sex is. But humping himself against his chainsaw made it feel better gosh how pretty the tiny woman was. Bobby (Chop Top) always put her on the radio every night they were big fans of her show. He always wondered what she looked like since the lady’s voice was so pretty soft and gentle.

• Drayton refused to let Leatherface keep his Stretch but somehow he managed to convince him to keep her with him but got a beating afterwards for almost getting caught by the outsiders. They kept her in Bubbas room since it was his problem to deal with.

• Stretch craved to run away from him he was so hideous and disgusting to be around, what made her stomach turn even more was his mask that was made out of human flesh. She would never love a monster like him even if he hung up the moon and stars just for her. Stretches uninterest hurt Bubba anytime he went near her.

• it kept frustrating him the weird throbbing in his pants it wouldn’t go away making it hard for Bubba to work with the family. He would go near Stretch for affection at times but she would just avoid his touches and kisses never returning them back he had to beg her for some love. He was like a lovesick puppy easy to manipulate. Drayton was aware of this…how Stretch has him wrapped around her little finger so he would make Leatherface “discipline” her to learn her lesson.

• She refuses to eat dinner making Bubba upset it was hard to defend his girl from the family. If he did they would make him hit her again he hated taking his big hands to strike her delicate little body she was like a doll to him. She would whimper and cry begging for it to be over from the pain, Bubba didn’t even realize how strong he was. He would cry silently afterwards he just felt so bad harming Stretch but he had to do it to please his family.

• when he gets attention starved by Stretch he tries to dress up for her (Maybe if she finds me handsome she’ll give me some love) he’d put on his navy blue suit and his beautiful mask but still nothing from her. If he gets to desperate he rubs himself at night fantasizing about his baby rutting against him whimpering about Stretch kissing his lips and calling him a good boy (something he never hears from his family). Oh if she just let him love her his pretty girl, his precious lady.

• Bubba loves it when Stretch sits on his lap wether it be the both of them watching TV together or her just eating an apple in the dinner table he likes holding her in his arms it makes him feel happy having her small body against him.

• Stretch tried to run away for the first time it was late at night and Bubba was in a deep sleep next to her. Silently she slipped out of his arms and out of the sheets where she tipped toed to the door trying to turn the door knob silently as her trembling hands cautiously pulled it forward please don’t make a noise please don’t make a noise her inner voice told her being as quiet as possible. She looked back to see Bubba fast asleep his mask was off he hated her seeing him with his mask off. But he did this since it was hard to see his figure during the night it was the only way he could sleep comfortably. Stretch was aware of his insecurities but looking at Bubba sleeping softly made her feel a little bad she knew he was in love with her. But another thing she had to realize was that if she sticks around longer she might be a new mask for his collection the family might get bored of her and kill her off. She bursted through the door in her underwear only barefoot and cold making a loud noise as the door slammed against the wall. Waking up Bubba he pulled Stretch closer but then realized something was missing she was no longer in his arms. He panicked looking around the room to realize she had gotten out of bed and ran through the door he quickly put on his mask on and got up. He was so heartbroken that his love tried to leave him he couldn’t let her go not yet. Is his affection not enough? Bubba feeds her, takes care of her, bathes her, cleans her, and all he asks is for Stretches love. She couldn’t give him that? He quickly got down the stairs to see Stretch desperately trying to open the front door. All he could see was her chestnut hair along with her soft bare back and blue lace panties desperately trying to open the front door. Bubba ran to her picking up the little body with his hands as she tried to fight back she screamed and bit scratching him and biting but he just didn’t let her go. He dragged her back the bed and the day after got a really bad beating as instructed by Drayton.

• Bubba has really stressful and lonely days most of the time he works in the kitchen all day long butchering meat and crafting. He felt so tired his back ached and his legs hurt from how long he’d been standing up without a break Nubbins, Bobby, and Drayton are out so it was just Stretch and Bubba all alone. He put down the knife in his hands and made his way up the stairs to see her . Steadily he opened the door to find her on the bed taking a nap she was wearing a floral sundress that he gave her off of one of the corpses he found behind the house. Bubba blubberd and whimpered as his erection started to grow he was tired of rubbing himself to her all the time craving her affection that she never gave him. He just wanted some of her love it’s been such a hard day maybe he can take his loneliness out on her. Bubba went on the bed with Stretch waking her up in the process she turned around and quickly scurried away into the corner of the bed in fear of him. He reached for her hesitantly whimpering that he needed her in the moment. His cock was throbbing at this point he just wanted it to go away. Stretch noticed the growing of his pants and his squirming. Bubba grabbed her leg and dragged her towards him she told him to stop but he didn’t listen. He put Stretch in front of him standing his shakey hands reaching out to caress her cheek but she just moved away. Why won’t she love me? He thought to himself he’s been taking care of her this whole time now it’s Bubbas turn to be loved. He begged her to take her dress off for him gently tugging it so she could slip it off he wanted her so bad just this once? He whimpered for it to be removed it was like denying a treat to a puppy. Stretch didn’t know what to do what if she denied it to him? He would probably beat or even worse kill her…what if there’s no choice? The day she slept with him was the day she wanted to end it all. He couldn’t be gentle at all especially since he was a giant man making love to a small woman that didn’t realize the harm of his own strength.

The Real Helen Hirsch and The relationship with Amon Goeth.

In my opinion Helen Hirsch is a very sad historical figure in the movie, in the book, and in reality. Many people have stated that Ms. Hirsch wasn’t even a real person and was inspired by Amon Goethes second maid Helen Jonas Rozeinweig. But if you paid very close attention during the ending of the movie Schindlers List directed by Steven Spielberg in the scene where the actors were next to the actual survivor the actress who played as Ms. Helen Hirsch (Embeth Davidtz) was next to another woman who wasn’t Jonas Rozeinwig. That woman was the real Hirsch. I was confused at first on why people would deny her being false as she also appears in a documentary called Schindler: The Documentary.

If you were to search her up on Google the only thing that would pop up would be the biography of Helen Jonas Rozeinweig and her documentary called “Inheritance” that also had Monika Hertwig (aka Amon Goeths biological daughter). The truth was ultimately sad on why Hirsch only appeared a few times in the media (Full name was Helena Horowitz Hirsch). It was stated that she was being interviewed for the Schindler Documentary and it accidentally came out that she was almost raped by Goethe while horribly drunk (he was known for being a alcoholic) and had to scream out his mistresses name Majola (Ruth Irene Kalder) to save her from him. She was so worried about the public eye twisting her story and make theories or assumptions of her having to do “sexual things” with Goethe in order to escape (which was completely false) retreated from any further interviews and let Jonas do all the talking. This was also due to the interviewer being an outright disrespectful jackass who kept on rushing the poor woman whilst she told her story as Helen kept repeating “im sorry.”

In the historically accurate book Schindlers Ark by Thomas Keanally it described Hirsch as a very tiny and frail woman in her 20s who would have bruises on her face or small body. It was stated that Goethe had to bend down to beat her often. She lived in the basement next to the kitchen where Jonas also stayed she was about 16 at the time. Ms Hirsch gained the nickname “Lena” because Goethe was way too lazy to call her full name. In both the movie and book Amon Goethe had an unhealthy obsession with Hirsch and was the “tragic love” and target of his outlandish behavior. Emilie Schindler the wife of Oskar Schindler had stated that he beat her often because he was in denial that he had fallen smitten for a Jew. He was too in love with her that he only forbade Hirsch from wearing the Star of David out of embarrassment that he liked her.

Hirsch would beg Amon constantly to end her life but would refuse and make up a random excuse to keep her. Another witness account had stated that he harbored love for his maid but was too devoted to his ideals and the Nazi regime that he couldn’t come to terms with it.

It could easily be mistaken as lust but Goethe was a very mentally unstable man. He couldn’t possibly show love the proper way as he even beat his own wife and mistress. It was stated in the book that he had a very strong problem with the beating of women and would seek help from his brother officers. It also angered him that Helen didn’t feel the same way towards him causing him to beat her even more.

In the original script of the movie Amons love for Helen was written more romantically than ever. Even him admitting his love for her in the basement scene. It also features a full scene where Amon and Schindler are both playing cards and when Amon looses he lets out a cry of pain as he has to give her up. (which was removed from the movie) but the last and final scene was described after Amon lost his job from the SS and was seen wondering around Schindlers factory like a lost dog. Schindler worried for his friend invites him inside and offers him money since Goeth had practically lost everything. He declines and states that he didn’t come back for money but to see Helen again and take her back with him. Schindler obviously shocked and unprepared for his request lies to him and says that she had died. This causes Amon to spiral into depression and drink himself away.

Another thing I would like to add was that the actor himself said that one thing that would add to his beatings was that Amon couldn’t show tender affection towards her like hugging, kissing, holding since it was a crime so he would resort to beatings as a way to feel her.

In real life he would throw parties all the time in his villa and even the guests there would notice his weird behavior towards his poor maid. Some guests would even come in the kitchen (her room) and talk to her/or complain about him being an arse. Helen Hirsch has stated that he had a strong desire to take advantage of her in other ways than beat her (I think you know what I mean) and he fortunately couldn’t because she was Jewish. Often why he wanted to see her suffer an other ways because he couldn’t act out on his fantasies.

“Did Amon Goeth love Helen or was it just pure lust”

To answer that question he was in love with her but could not understand it and tried to convince himself he was not. Even finding out how numerous times he as tried to show his affection towards her physically or emotionally Helen would always turn him down causing him to feel more angered towards her. If it was purely lust Amon would have killed her when ever he had the chance.
