yknow, for someone who wants to be underweight, you sure don't act like it. isn't that funny? why not prove that you actually want it? "oh, i'd kill to look like them!!" but you're clearly not willing to put down that food and work for it...

reminder not to beat yourself up for going over your limit !!

remember, 3500 calories is 1 pound. however, eating 3500 calories doesn't mean you'll gain a pound, unless you're eating 3500 over your bmr! you probably won't gain a whole pound from that binge. you can always burn the calories anyway, so don't let one bad day ruin your entire week. you can get back on track tomorrow.

how about instead of crying about your binge, you get your ass up and actually do something about it??

burn off those calories. throw out your trigger food. step on the scale.

anything's better than sitting around and crying about it. or worse, continuing your binge.
