The bog sweater is officially done!!!

Tension is a bit all over the place, but oh well 😅

It's warm and comfortable!

But I finishing the seams was hell. The yarn wanted to unravel in an instant... BUT it's done!!

And I'm wearing it RIGHT NOW!

A while back I got a very fun roving from @swords-n-spindles as a get well soon gift

I spun it up without much of a plan, and decided that the weaving is the proper project for it.

But what ??? Well, obviously something big fashion inspired (I may or may not have gotten the book around the time I looked for a fitting project)

BUT! I needed more yarn! I had some more hand spun that somewhat fitted the color theme (and some dying experiments I spun up for it too!)

Still not enough! Bought finished yarn and dyed it (I spun enough in my opinion) (laso black yarn not pictured)

Used a weekend on the countryside to warp the loom

AFTER some tension issues I noticed I took the wrong heddle. So weaving on hold until I'm back home and could fix that.

After fixing that, I had fought the tension (I have 4 different yarns with different tensions each, don't ask me why I thought that won't be a problem)

The cat helped with the warping (not)

BUT! I managed. And finally I started weaving a few days ago

A bit scarred to see how many meters I'll have left after all that bullshit ( had to cut quite a bit of length)

For now I weave, and worry later 😌

Ohhhhhh, this looks extremely fun!!!

I can't wait to see how this will turn out as a fractal 👀👀👀

I'm not really really doing Tour de Fleece but I did start spinning this pretty braid @roboticchibitan sent me... last year? Anyway I'm spinning it now fractal-style and I love it a lot.

I have finished the weaving!!! And also it was exactly enough for sleeves and body!

And now I'm absolutely terrified of cutting the collar ._.

Like l, just cutting into it was fine. I can just finish the seam by hand, but for the head??? It's ROUND and in the MIDDLE

It's so beautiful and it's so cool of you to already have spun some of the wool fair stuff 🥺🥺🥺

I've got so many other things to do but instead of doing them I'm obsessively spinning this giant 200gr rainbow roving I bought last October.

Working on my green trousers? No. Knitting my scrap socks? No. Doing my taxes? Hell no. Dinner? Probably not. D20 and rainbow yarn, nothing else.

This is done now, because I don't feel like continuing 😌

It's only missing the buttons, so not too much, but I couldn't find buttons I liked

The colors I like the most are hidden beneath the cowl part, but it's wonderful warm and I see myself wearing it lots in the coming winter

No. One: would REALLY put the yarn in the center, but I'm not shure i trust the amount of yarn...

No. 2 very cute, but will the pattern do the yarn justice?

No. 3 really into these vibes. but not sure if i'd vibe more with it if i had a darker yarn...

All three bobbins are done! The spinning was a breeze! It's was so easy to spin it in an even way and it was so FAST 10/10
