we've seen nearly 20 months of genocide and we've lost so many thousand people from gaza. i genuinely do not understand anyone who doesn't feel genuine heartache and grief for palestine.

I used to dream of a peaceful life, completing my education, and getting a job, but the war has turned that dream into something impossible 💔😭. We lived through this massacre in every painful detail, and we are still in pain 😔. We were so happy when the ceasefire was announced, and we returned to our homes in the north of Gaza after being displaced for a year and a half in a tent in the south of the Strip. After we fixed a small room in our destroyed house to live in and start over, unfortunately, the war returned, stronger than before 💔. Now, we have no shelter and no source of income. We have exhausted all our savings during the war. I know that I started my campaign very late, but that’s because there is no other way to help my family 🙏. genuinely going crazy about this. more specifically the tags op had about Willy being esp mean to grant for being chubby. like for lark and sparrow, I feel like they previously already had pica, so they would just eat pebbles + their own hair (a lot before the other kids showed up. As an adult sparrow always makes sure hero and normal get their plates first for every meal.

terry jr was probably fed the least because she wasn’t biologically related to any of the odads. as a teen and adult she would buy TONS of packaged food and just stash it places. Willy was probably horrible to Grant about his weight. Grant probably had to wait for the odads to be gone to eat. I think he would’ve developed BED as a teen. he can’t eat in public or around most people.

Nick would stay with the twins and try to keep them (and himself) distracted from the lack of food they got. he probably skipped the most meals to give to the twins. as a teen Nicky developed bulimia.

I think it's a pretty common hc that the kiddads are a pretty food motivated bunch of people. Like because of the kidnapping where they were not given food for days. Also I think in captivity, the older ones tried to give their food to the younger ones (the twins) cuz they were stuck there the longest. And Grant was like let me be like a bear and hibernate in this time of starvation.

HI HI!!!! okay so first im gonna list the symptoms and stuff ^-^ then i’ll talk about more details with my headcannon:)

this is the list/criteria I’m using:) I will link all sources used at the bottom of the post

To be diagnosed, you have to have five out of nine symptoms. I'm gonna go through each one and discuss it + how it applies to his character!:)

Another note,, i also personally believe normal has autism! This does relate, and i might talk about the overlapping traits

“Avoiding real or perceived abandonment, such as by jumping into or out of relationships quickly”(1)

For normal, we don’t commonly see him outwardly express this, but i feel like it's very implied in some points. Normal’s relationship with hermie shows this a LOT. esp near the middle/endish, normal would do almost all the things hermie would ask of him, which comes off as an attempt to both a)get a date with hermie and b)have hermie still like normal. While hermie was 100% manipulating normal, we see normal somewhat recognize this and do it anyway.

I feel like there was more,,but rn thats all i can remember for that off the top of my head. I think you could also view normal and sparrow’s relationship similarly, however the daddy magic situation makes it a little harder to analyze.

“A pattern of intense and unstable relationships with family, friends, and loved ones”(1)

for this one, i dont think that the viewer knows enough about normal’s mental process (+thiughts about his relationships) to have a say on this one, so it��ll count as a no

“High sensitivity to rejection and feelings of alienation or isolation”(1) Once again, this falls under ‘emotional instability’,, already defined.

Honestly guys for this one you just gotta trust me. i swear this is mentioned before somehow but right now icannot remember. Im marking this one as yes

“A distorted and unstable self-image or sense of self”(1) defined as, “People with BPD often have a distorted or unclear self-image and often feel guilty or ashamed and see themselves as “bad.” They may also abruptly and dramatically change their self-image, shown by suddenly changing their goals, opinions, careers or friends.” (3). 

I think this mostly manifests with normal when regarding the teeny the teen costume. This does overlap with autism, so i’ll talk more about that later:) The teen costume hides normal behind a literal mask. Normal mostly has an unclear sense of self, which explains partially why he used the teen costume for a bit. After the dance, normal tries to change himself to appease his father. And through the whole season, normal kinda lost his identity. Will literally describes him as “a boy who doesnt know who he is anymore”. This one im counting as a yes.

“Intense and highly variable moods, with episodes lasting from a few hours to a few days”(1)

For this one it’s harder to point out specific times that normal has felt this, because he generally bottles his emotions. However we do see him have outbursts, not all of them anger. I think that based off of what the viewer knows about normal and his ability to express emotion,,, im gonna say this ones a yes

“Chronic feelings of emptiness” (1)

Once again, for this one we can't be entirely sure because of normals constant masking + pushing his feelings down. Based on the stuff ive said about his emotions before, i think its safe to assume this one is a yes

Inappropriate, intense anger or problems controlling anger(1)

Several times we see normal almost randomly snap and start yelling at people, then apologizing immediately after. Guys this ones a yes be fr.

also even if he didn’t meet the criteria HES FICTIONAL!!!

I also think that it also affected him trying to get better from the whole s2 stuff yk? I don’t think he ever realized he had it, and also heavily internalizes a lot of stuff with it,,,, yeah idk ♥️ THANK YOU FOR ASKING BTW!

i dont know if this is tied to autism or something because ive seen people throw around the term empathy but some things give me such bad second hand embarrassment i physically cannot bring myself to look at them or do them. there are general things like looking at stage plays, the whole notion of acting (and not being genuine, is what i assume bugs me), people dancing or singing on stage, auditions make me want to scream

also extends to watching videos of things i really like or listening to music relating to it but i think its mostly about me not agreeing with whats being said so i refuse to accept it which like, okay that makes sense. the former Doesnt

this isnt generic so cringe its funny it makes me want to convulse from how much i dont want to see it

My kind friends, It’s been more than two months since the crossings were completely closed, and not a single grain of wheat has come through. Prices are unbearable, a bag of flour now exceeds $300, and a kilo of sugar, oil, or vegetables costs over $30, while we have no income, no resources, nothing.

To make things worse, the donations we relied on have almost stopped. Days pass with no support, and sometimes we receive just a few dollars… not enough to buy a loaf of bread. 💔

Today, our only meal was a small plate of vegetable salad and dry bread, not enough for four people and a baby growing inside his mother’s womb.

But the moment that broke me… was when my little boy looked at me with tearful eyes, asking for something else to eat because he doesn’t like the salad. Then he began to cry. He doesn’t understand that we barely managed to get even this tiny amount of food, And me? I could only hide my tears, trying to smile at him while my heart silently collapsed, convincing him to eat because we have nothing else. 🥹

My dear friends, we are on the edge of famine. I’m not asking for much, just enough to feed my child and my family, so we can go to sleep without hunger, and live through one more day. 😓

Please, don’t leave us alone. Any support, any extended hand, could save lives here. 🙏🫂
