Right direction makes you a leader who can take the world in the right direction whereas the wrong direction, still having a lot of followers, makes you a leader for the wrong cause.
Actions: You will not find any other behavior as contributing as your own actions to attribute to your success. Actions are the single most important factor which adds to your maturity, respect and knowledge.
You often feel jealous about someone’s success and give all logical reasons for that person to be a failure. All your logic might be true and correct, but I bet you missed the fact that that is an action oriented person! Actions take you way ahead where no other attribute can. Actions are the single most contributing factor for the success of leaders!
Communication: We don’t live in the world of telepathy. I have seen a lot of failures are reasoned to communication. For any average intelligence person, it is obvious that the world of Sales/Marketing is nothing but a means to communicate and its market is like 100000000 (feel free to adjust the Zeros).
As a leader, you must be able to communicate your vision & your thoughts to your team and your customers. Your ability to earn trust rises exponentially with your genuine communication. As I mentioned in the opening statement, it is not about being right or wrong, it is about leadership success.
