In honor of World Gin Day, try a Strawberry Gin Sour, which combines the sourness of fresh lemon juice with the sweetness of ripe strawberries and the complex flavors of gin.
Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz fresh lemon juice. 3/4 oz simple syrup. 3 ripe strawberries, hulled and quartered. Ice cubes. Strawberry slice, for garnish.
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with simple syrup. Add gin, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.

Savor a delicious tropical milkshake made with the ideal proportions of pineapple, banana, and strawberries. This smooth and revitalizing smoothie is like a little piece of heaven in a glass. With its tropical flavors, it's easy to make and will take you to a sunny beach.
Ingredients: 1 cup of frozen strawberries. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks. 1 cup of milk. 2 tablespoons of honey. 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Ice cubes optional. Whipped cream and tropical fruit garnish optional.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, ripe banana, fresh pineapple chunks, milk, and honey. At this point, you can also add some ice cubes if you'd like your smoothie thicker. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Usually, this takes one or two minutes. If more honey is required, taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness. Pour your tropical smoothie into glasses when it's ready. It can optionally have whipped cream on top and be garnished with berries or slices of tropical fruit. Enjoy your Tropical Smoothie with Strawberry, Banana, and Pineapple right away!

This Steak Stir Fry with Peppers is a quick and flavorful dish that combines tender slices of steak with colorful bell peppers and a savory sauce. It's perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb steak, thinly sliced. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Put aside. In a big skillet or wok, heat up one tablespoon of vegetable oil on high heat. When the steak is browned and cooked to your preferred doneness, add the sliced steak to the hot skillet and stir-fry it for two to three minutes. After taking the steak out of the skillet, set it aside. Add the final tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same skillet. Add the onion slices and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the onions are translucent, about 2 minutes. After adding the sliced bell peppers to the skillet, stir-fry them for a further two to three minutes, or until they are crisp-tender. Place the cooked steak back into the skillet and cover the contents with the prepared sauce. In order to warm the steak and cover all of the ingredients with sauce, toss everything together and cook for a further two minutes. Add salt, pepper, and if desired red pepper flakes for seasoning. Stir-fry for an additional moment. Serve hot with noodles or steamed rice. Have fun!

Ingredients: 400g firm tofu, pressed and cubed. 2 lemongrass stalks, minced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 red chilies, finely chopped. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Instructions: To make the marinade, mix smashed garlic, red chilies, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce in a bowl. Make sure the cubed tofu is evenly covered with the marinade before adding it. For at least 30 minutes, let it sit. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu that has been marinated to the pan. Cook, stirring every now and then, for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy on all sides. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.

Ingredients: 1 large eggplant, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 flatbread or pizza crust. 3 tablespoons harissa sauce. 1 cup mixed greens e.g., arugula, spinach. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the thinly sliced eggplant on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast the eggplant slices in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown. Flip them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
