Damn, I just read the manga no longer human by juji Ito. The manga is inspired by the life of osuma dazai and dazai's work is. 人間失格 Ningen Shikkaku (warning, if you are in an unstable mental state, do not read this). After reading this manga, I don't know why I partly associate it with alador blight, especially the emotional disconnection aspect of the character Alador. Plus, I see people also compare alador to clay or Bloberta from moral orel. I wonder if any of you have a character that reminds you of alador.

The relationship between the previous golden guard and Darius.
I really wonder why Darius' mentor is the pgg but Darius becomes the covenhead of the abominations (maybe like how lilith mentored amity). In addition, I often read headcanons and fan fiction about their relationship, fan fiction and headcanons often portray their relationship as a healthy relationship. This also surprised me when I read it because the pgg and hunter both live under the control and may have suffered from the abuse of belos in the same way, but the pgg is mentally healthy and has qualities that Darius admires. Of course I know that not all victims of abuse have the same experience. I feel that the relationship between the Previous Golden Guard (PGG) and Darius is definitely not as simple as many fan fiction and headcanons portray. At first glance, it seems like a healthy mentoring relationship, but when you dig deeper into the context of both, both PGG growing up under Belos' control and Darius being affected and hurt, it becomes clear that there are more complex layers. The relationship between Darius and PGG is definitely not a perfect mentoring relationship. PGG may have helped Darius grow and become stronger, but he may have also passed on negative influences from his time under Belos. What kind of person do you think the pgg really is.

Funny and weird headcanon about alador
I have a funny though when alador was studying in hexside, Hermonculus really disliked alador because I thought he was a teacher who was very passionate about abominations and at the same time could be someone who respected the traditional aesthetics of abominations, I could see Hermonculus would disagree with the way alador applied mechanical technology to abominations like darius and Hermonculus constantly treated alador with hostility like willow (I think darius would be Hermonculus's Favorite Student even though darius didn't like the way Hermonculus taught his students by belittling them). Alador also disliked Hermonculus and showed it clearly like not paying attention in class or listening to Hermonculus's solutions, however alador still answered and completed Hermonculus's challenges well, making him unable to punish alador, I could see alador constantly pranking Hermonculus like the twins. This thought is even funnier, considering that Amity studied abominations in Hermonculus class and he sometimes complimented how Amity was better than her father.

why do people think that emira, amity help alador with the paperwork when divorcing odalia? (warning: this is a very long post and contains my negative views on the fandom)
first of all, to be honest, i don't understand why so many people can come up with such a ridiculous headcanon and use the argument that alador is coded as autistic or neurodivergent, so alador is bad at paperwork. in the show, specifically ss2 episode 2, odalia could easily convince bump to give in and expel luz, gus and willow just because amity lost focus. this is a very ridiculous reason and shows odalia's abuse of power. but we also know that blight industry manufactures and sells illegal weapons products, until hunter (who is still golden guard at this time) discovered it, they started working for belos. The working policy in Blight is also very suspicious, when throughout the movie, besides Alador working, there is no appearance of any other employees, although according to Alador's conversation with King, Alador once had a team helping Alador make products but was fired by Odalia half and wished that half of the team could work as efficiently as the whole team. From the above characteristics, Blight Industry is very similar or maybe a black company (burakku Kigyou is a real type of company in Japan and sadly it is quite common). This makes Odalia and Alador's marriage extremely troublesome and difficult to resolve when they divorce. Even Amity, Emira or Edric really do not realize the seriousness and trouble in their parents' marriage. (something the fandom has intentionally ignored). Alador himself had to back down from his decision to renegotiate the Abomaton deal because Odalia threatened to expect the children to take a more active part in the family business. Even at the time of Alador and Odalia's divorce, Emira and Edric were only 16 years old while Amity was only 14. so why is there a headcanon alador asking his own child to settle the divorce, even alador himself is capable of negotiation, when alador could easily convince odalia to let the three innocent kids go back to school while helping amity still be allowed to interact with luz, gus, willow (i think this is why amity wants to make up with her father because alador has redeemed his mistake of banning her from befriending willow when amity was younger, while rejecting odalia because odalia wanted to choose one for amity herself) and at least keep his sanity when he realizes that something is wrong with the excessive number of abomatons, and at the same time doubts the purpose of unity day.
Secondly, I find the way dana writes the character of alador very good, showing very common adult problems like family and work issues. but people on twitter and tumblr use the character of alador, labeling him as autistic even though the show doesn't acknowledge alador as autistic, mentally ill, and use that to indirectly demean and make discriminatory views towards autistic, mentally ill, even racist and sexist just because alador is male and white. at the same time they blame the show for not redeeming odalia, and blame it for being misogynistic while the show has many well-built female characters like eda, camilla, luz, and amity.

Hypothesis on how the curse transformed Eda not only mentally but also physically.
The inner side:
The sudden discovery that she was cursed and that the curse could not be broken must have caused deep psychological trauma for Eda.
Eda was 14 years old when she was cursed and Lilith was 16 years old when she was cursed. After realizing that she had hurt her father and being scared by her mother's fierce words and actions about wanting to cure her. It can be said that Eda moved out to live alone at a very young age, but we also know that she still maintained her relationship with Raine at that time. It can be concluded that, after the curse, Eda had to drop out of school very early despite Eda's strong love for studying. This makes her becoming the headmaster of a royal magic university even more meaningful.
although we don't know how old Eda and Raine were when they broke up. But according to the caption in a scene of Eda requiem, we see Eda is noted as 30 years old, so I will assume that Eda and Raine dated for 16 years. we also know that after breaking up with Raine, Eda dated many people and she often brought things from the human world or made medicine to sell for money. It can be said that Eda chose to live in a society with many relationships because now Eda is hopeless and feels lonely, sometimes hates her own life because she can't see the light in her life anymore.
I think she chose to cut her hair after breaking up with Raine to become a new person. At this time she must be over 30 and that's also when Eda found King, raised him and she looks better mentally, and is more optimistic. Next is Luz, when she herself pointed out and changed the life of king and Eda forever.
physical aspect:
we know the curse not only makes her unable to use magic, it turns Eda's hair from orange to completely silver white even though she is only over 40 years old according to dana's statement.
we see Eda can easily pull her hands and head out, even Eda's hands can move on their own when they leave her body, however Eda always feels pain in her joints. But why doesn't Eda bleed when she pulls her hands out. Now I realize that Eda's inability to use magic may be related to Eda being able to pull her hands and feet out easily. The owl monster curse itself is a parasite on Eda's body. It explains why Eda was able to use magic even though she was cursed before because the level of the curse's parasite has just developed. Take for example the Leucochloridium paradoxum (a species that specializes in parasitizing snails). The way this species absorbs the host's nutrients makes the host die and weaken, thereby taking complete control of the host and forcing the host to be preyed upon by birds, thereby maintaining their reproduction, it is exactly the same as the way the curse absorbs Eda's magic to make Eda gradually lose her will and turn into an owl monster. In addition, I realized that the times Eda turned into a monster were actually because the curse was starving for magic. Therefore, it explains why in the episode where Luz found the light glyps, Eda used a lot of magic, leading to exhaustion, and the curse did not have enough food, so Eda turned into an owl. I think the medicine Eda was taking is like a magic enhancer similar to human blood tonics. - I think this owl curse is not really a curse because if we review the conceptual definition of curse, it is not the same as what happened to Eda (A curse (also called an imprecation, malediction, execution, malison, anathema, or commination) is any expressed wish that some form of adversity or misfortune will befall or attach to one or more persons, a place, or an object.[1] In particular, "curse" may refer to such a wish or utterance made effective by a supernatural or spiritual power, such as a god or gods, a spirit, or a natural force, or else as a kind of spell by magic (usually black magic) or witchcraft; in the latter sense, a curse can also be called a hex or a jinx. In many belief systems, the curse itself (or ritual) is considered to have some causative effect force in the result. To reverse or eliminate a curse is sometimes called "removal" or "breaking", as the spell has to be dispelled, and often requires elaborate rituals or prayers.) / source: wikipedia. My theory about the owl curse is actually a soul bond pact. Since curses are usually written in paper form, like pacts, the person who found the paper containing the owl monster misunderstood and sold it along with other curses. Lilith accidentally bought it and made Eda sign a pact with the owl monster, which also suggests the red string that tied Eda and the owl monster together.
I think Eda's internal organs are also somewhat dead. What I mean by more detailed is that, on the outside, her body is intact, but on the inside, her internal organs are no longer functioning, leading to the loss of Eda's physiology. That also explains why Eda doesn't bleed when she pulls out her limbs. Now I think Eda is physically a zombie, but still retains her consciousness.
to explain Eda's Harpy form. I think it's related to the contract theory I mentioned above. A contract is an exchange where both parties receive benefits from each other according to a commitment that has been decided by both parties. I think the reason why the owl monster lives as a parasite to Eda is because she is always afraid and does not dare to confront the owl monster directly to make the contract conditions or vice versa, the owl monster always avoids Eda and lives as a parasite because it is afraid that Eda does not want to cooperate with it. Because Eda has tamed the owl monster's soul and understands the owl monster, both of them have unconsciously made an official agreement with each other. In which the owl monster lives in Eda's body and Eda will use the owl monster's abilities. I think Eda's shape powers are also somewhat related to how darius achieved his abominations form, or even terre with her leafy hair.in addition, the way darius proposed to use eda's curse to prevent the day of unity is also very suspicious, perhaps as dana herself said, darius actually did crazy things to get his abominations form. so it is easy to understand why darius easily came up with this plan, because he himself somewhat understood the impact of the advantages and disadvantages when using this method.

Headcanon of the eyes of the adult characters in Owl House if I can think of one
Darius : - Long, square eyes with thick lower lashes that give off an elegant and mysterious look, perfectly suited to his aristocratic demeanor. The emerald green eyes further accentuate his power and charisma. Quite similar to orolrox in Castlevania but perhaps the eyes would be directed downwards to give a sense of intimacy reflecting the sharp appearance but in reality Darius is very emotional.
Raine:– Angelic eyes, large and round and directed upwards with a minty white color similar to Gojo Satoru’s eyes in JJK. This highlights Raine’s gentleness and sophistication, but also highlights their bravery and rebelliousness. (Of course this is just inspiration, these two characters do not have the same personality).
Eda – Intelligent, fox-like amber eyes, paired with thick, masculine eyebrows – match Eda’s wild, strong nature.
Lilith – Sharp, longer, deep ocean blue eyes that radiate wisdom and mystery. This makes Lilith look like a majestic ancient scholar or witch.
Odalia – Blue almond eyes, thick, slightly curved lashes clearly show her ambitious and wise nature. The way her children inherit her eye shape but have Alador’s eye color would also be a great highlight.
Alador – his eyes are downcast, narrow at the ends and are a deep black-golden color that gives him a calm look, but can carry a murderous aura when Alador is truly angry and resemble the cold and soulless eyes of a dead fish when Alador's pupils contract, similar to how Unohana's eyes change when Unohana reveals her true nature in Bleach. This creates a gentle yet slightly melancholy feel, which fits his calm, sometimes resigned personality. Amity, Emira and Edric inherit Alador's golden eye color, but brighter, with orange and red tones, more like a warm fire than a gloomy sunset. (Of course that's just inspiration, these two characters don't have the same personality).
Another interesting coincidence: I think there are characters with the same eye color but different auras.
Alador - Dusk gold mixed with dark black, like the fading light, evokes fatigue, sadness and invisible burden, but also has a gentle, warm look like dusk.
Eda - Dawn gold, bright, full of energy, symbolizes her freedom, recklessness and wild spirit. It is like a fire that never goes out, always bright and unbound.
I also noticed that Raine's eye color and Darius' eye color are both green. I think that also reflects their nature. Raine has dark green eyes, showing their fierce side to achieve their goals and stances like how they are willing to sacrifice themselves for the greater good. While Darius' eyes are also green but lighter, showing Darius's soft and emotional nature, like how Darius stopped and let himself be captured when he saw Eberwolf being taken hostage, but also showing the impulsiveness in Darius' emotions.
Odalia and Lilith also have blue eyes. But Lilith has ocean blue eyes that evoke mystery, mysterious but gentle and soft. Odalia's blue eyes are bright blue, like the light shining on them, evoking allure and ambition.

Raine Whispers – Genius Artist with a Traumatic Childhood (headcanon)
1) Complicated Family:
Raine was born into a wealthy family, with a father who was a Construction magic engineer and a mother who was a merchant witch specializing in potions.
However, Raine's father had an affair, divorced, and took all the property, leaving their mother in poverty and suffering.
Raine had to take care of their mother, who fell into depression.
2) Psychology and personality:
Raine appeared gentle and obedient, but in fact they was extremely cunning and rebellious.
They hate being deceived and betrayed, so they are very sensitive to the lack of trust from others.
This is also part of the reason why they wanted to break up with Eda, because she did not trust them to fight together.
Raine is passionate and insightful, but sometimes too emotional and lets their emotions cloud their judgment.
Due to their complicated childhood, Raine and Eda both agree that they will not choose to marry, but they will always live together and pledge to always trust each other like how Dana declared that although Eda and Raine are not married in the traditional way, they both live together and enjoy it.
3)Musical genius:
Raine is not only good at bard magic, but also combines it with sound physics. They can affect objects at the molecular level, changing their properties with just sound.
This is why Raine's bard magic is completely different from other bards it is not just enchantment or mind control, but can also create real physical effects.
4) off the side of my random thoughts.
I think Raine would sympathize with Alador's family situation when he saw Alador divorce Odalia. Alador would respect that and even want to ask Raine to be a mentor for Emira to become a confident and individual person like Raine.
Alador, who is a practical father but not good at teaching his children how to express themselves, can see in Raine an ideal role model for Emira. Raine is not only talented but also has a strong personality, knows how to stand up for themself and others, something Emira sometimes lacks because she always has to play the role of a reliable older sister. Alador can ask Raine to help Emira become a more confident person, dare to pursue her own path without always taking responsibility for others. Just a happy thought, plus I really want Emira to have a story or arc that breaks free from the role of Amity and Edric, I think Emira will really like Raine.

i'm glad the writers of the show cut the camila vs odalia storylin
i'm glad the writers of the show cut the camila vs odalia storyline.
amity is a victim of an emotionally abusive home. i can't understand why some people want amity to fight odalia, that's like encouraging little kids to challenge their abusers, the show was right to have alador stand up and fight odalia which i think is a healthy message as it shows the desire of an emotionally abused person to stand up for themselves, while also reminding kids to seek safety measures or get help, avoiding direct confrontation which is dangerous. this is also more in line with the real world, many people actually forget that amity is only 14. i also hate the idea that camila will beat odalia while amity stands by admiring from afar. no amity even though she hates and is disappointed in her mother, amity wouldn't want to see odalia get beaten, i think it would cause a heavy psychological impact on someone who lacks love from her family like amity, even if camilla did attack odalia, to odalia camila would be just a stranger and the confrontation between the two would be meaningless. alador is the one who deserves to confront odalia, even the twins deserve to speak up for odalia's actions. i'm glad they removed the plot of odalia and camila's confrontation, after all i see it as a fansevire to meet the fans' expectations. plus i also hate how people think camila will defeat odalia, an adult like alador can't win against odalia right away so how can camila stand a chance? camilla is a good mother but i don't think she'll be a good fighter and it would hurt me to see camila hurt.

alador meaning HUD?
I tried to dig deeper into each of the blight family members' names. I learned that amity: meaning diplomacy and friendship emira: meaning princess. edric: meaning ruler and prosperity. odalia: worshiper of god or maid.
But why Alador's name, it is just considered a name that evokes confidence and luck and has no specific meaning, even considering whether it is suitable for the blight family, is a bit strange. So I dug deeper into the meaning of the name Alador and found out that alador in Ethiopia also literally means the right nail and is the nail that crucified Jesus. We know that crucifixion was a painful and brutal death sentence for the victims who were publicly executed, does this imply that Alador's underlying personality is brutal, violent and unforgiving or does it imply that Alador's rebirth and desire for redemption at the end of COTH, plus one of the things that amity thought was cool about Alador was joining the bones bawl underground fighting tournament, it also implies that Alador loves fighting. Does this imply anything about Alador's nature since the names in the owl house often hint at the characters' personalities and fates and I wonder if it has anything to do with the religious themes in the show? (Here is a quote about the name Alador that I found: The Coptic Prayer of the Virgin in Bartos describes how that Christ was crucified with five nails, which were named Sator, Arepo, Tenet, Opera and Rotas. This reading of the words accordingly entered the Ethiopic tradition where they became the names of the wounds of Christ. In Ethiopian tradition the words are slightly altered, with SADOR being the lance wound, ALADOR being the right-hand wound, DANAT being the left-hand wound, ADERA being the right foot wound, and RODAS being the left foot wound. These 5 words are prayed on each knot of a 41 count Ethiopian mequetaria (prayer rope).)

i have headcanon about how darius got abominations form and how belos took advantage of darius and eberwol
1), we have very little information about the previous golden guard, but we can be sure.saying that the pgg is definitely a very outstanding, intelligent, charismatic person to be able to make darius admire him so much. i think the pgg is not an ordinary person who is easily swayed like hunter, it is true that like hunter, the pgg may have experienced abuse and brainwashing when he was young, most golden guards also died at a very young age. but somehow the pgg still maintained his stance when being abused and lived to be a teenager, by getting the position of golden guard, the pgg used this position to turn the tables, making belos also wary and wanting to find a way to eliminate him as soon as possible.
2) belos came up with a plan to use the emperors coven to teach students. This way, he spread and popularize the coven so that more people would believe and join, and at the same time, he would bind and easily eliminate groups with the intention of rebellion, of which the pgg was the first target.
3) in the coven, darius and eberwolf stood out because of their talents. belos forced the pgg to be mentors for darius and eberwolf. Although he said on the surface that he wanted to cultivate darius and eberwolf into talented people to contribute to the coven and titan, in reality, he only considered them as a sacrifice to destroy the pgg (like how makima in chainsaws man was the one who gave denji his family, power and aki, but in the end killed them so that denji could awaken the original chainsaw man). but the pgg still protected eberwolf and darius.
4) the death of the pgg is related to darius's abominations form. belos may have given darius, eberwolf and the pgg a mission to research and investigate an ancient abominations magic that was related to the death of the coven head abominations before. But in an incident, when eberwolf was not around, darius was working with the pgg, both of them successfully restored this ancient abominations magic, but an incident happened and the magic core lost control causing darius to be trapped and gradually transformed darius's body structure, the pgg wanted to save darius so they rushed in to try to protect darius by turning themselves into a sacrifice for the magic core. After that, there was a big explosion and darius was taken to the emergency room in time. (Like how Viktor merged with hextec and sky died while trying to save Viktor). The death of the pgg was a great pain and regret for darius and eberwolf, because both of them blamed themselves for the death of the pgg, which was also why they looked down on the hunter so much.
5) After all, Belos was the one who benefited the most by both eliminating the rebellious and intelligent pgg, and taking advantage of the pgg's death to wear down darius and eberwolf's mental health, causing the mourning people to have a sympathetic view when thinking that belos lost someone they considered a family and causing the people to have a bad, wary and suspicious view of darius and eberwolf to block their path of helping the rebellion with the outside world.

My headcanon is about the desires of adult characters in toh and how it shapes those characters' personalities. If you have comments or objections, please let me know in the comments section, I am very interested in comments and analysis.
dana reply that she once wanted to do an episode where eda got owlbert to deal with her curse. so i wonder what eda's deepest desire was to be able to awaken owlbert at that time, also based on a picture dana drew of hexsquad standing with characters like eda with luz, raine with amity, lilith with vee, darius with willow, alador with hunter. so i thought of some headcanons about the deepest desires of the adult characters.
eda, i think like luz, at that time eda was young and living alone because of her curse, the main reason why she didn't dare to look raine in the eye, gwendoly was because she had pains and thoughts that made eda act impulsively and could have been avoided if she thought and expressed more proactively like breaking up with raine. so i think eda would probably want to be unconditionally understood by the people she loves.
lilith feels like she doesn't get enough attention from her parents, always wants to prove herself more so her desire to join the emperors coven makes sense. i think when she has palisman, lilith's deepest desire is to be recognized by everyone or maybe have a place where she always feels like she belongs, this also makes sense when comparing her to vee.
raine is a musical artist, full of passion, charisma and the way raine presents themself on the show makes me think of people who dare to stand up and fight, and want the best for the community. but chooses to break up with eda because raine knows eda doesn't trust them enough to help eda. so i think raine might have insecurities about not being good enough to be trusted by everyone. so i think raine hopes they can be trustworthy people that people can rely on. but also like amity, raine wants to be a person who lives for themself, which makes raine's nobinary side deeper.
although darius is not mentioned to have a palisman in the show, but from the things about darius' character, like his willingness to join the coven early like lilith, his willingness to use black magic to achieve his abominations form and the way dana said that darisu still wishes he could protect the people he loves like willow, i think darius' deepest insecurity is not being strong enough to protect everyone around him. but i think darius is more in line with his fear of losing his own identity.
alador, a character that i find interesting and incredibly complex because of his morally grey nature. but one thing i notice about alador is how disappointed he is in his younger self, and young alador is completely different from his current personality. makes me wonder what made Alador change like that, but i think the reason why dana drew young alador in the same position as hunter, is because they are both people who always feel lost, have no one to rely on and have to face everything alone. but unlike hunter wanting to become the person he wants to be, alador wants to have someone that he can rely on when needed.

Darius Deamonne headcanon in one of my fan fictions- gender: cris male.- sexual orientation: demi sexual.- favorite subjects: chemistry, physics and literature.- major: abominations.- minor: beast keeping, poisons.- sports: fencing, martial arts,- hobbies: beauty or makeup, cooking, painting and writing stories.Fun facts:- darius smells like lavender oil, darius's abominations also smell like lavender.- darius is the genius of hexside school, he often brings awards to the school with his projects. Darius has his own lab in hexside.- darius is Hermonculus' favorite student, it was Hermonculus who promoted the love affair between Alador and darius. (For Hermonculus, alador is a waste of talent when he does not want to join the royal council)
.- Darius almost failed when he was in charge of organizing the grom party because Darius was good at proposing bold and good ideas, but did not know how to fully implement them, no one understood Darius's ideas and thoughts.
- Biography:
+The Deamonne family was one of many families that helped Belos build the council system. But in the early days of building the system, families like the Deamonne family were often targeted by rebellious royal witch forces to attack.
+ When Darius was 10 years old, Darius' mother died in a robbery while protecting him on the road. This led to Darius being panicked and tending to attack adults that he considered strangers, so his mental treatment was very difficult.- Darius' father selected and trained 10 children to serve, care for and befriend Darius. Among those 10 children, only Alador could make Darius submit, while the other 9 children were forced by Darius to the point of giving up.
+ At first, the two secretly hated each other when Darius did not accept Alador when he lost a bet or a tournament. But gradually Alador became more proactive in supporting Darius when he was confused when going to the doctor, respected him when he understood Darius' actions and always asked Darius's permission if Darius needed help or not. Darius gradually regained his sanity and gradually became more active although he was still a bit crazy
+ When Alador was seriously injured while trying to protect Darius from bandits, the PGG (Golden Guard) promptly saved both of them. The PGG admired his spirit and saw his strength and determination when he saw Darius willing to kneel in the rain to ask the PGG to be his mentor.
+ The PGG taught him how to live skillfully and act, play a role to integrate with everyone but still keep his own nature. Darius's passion for acting and drama was inspired by The PGG himself. Darius also helped The PGG open up about his doubts, frustrations and tiredness about himself. Both helped each other to improve themselves.
+ The PGG had a deep passion for wild magic and he often shared his knowledge with Darius or asked Darius to think of bold plans to use magic.
+ The PGG realized that Alador actually had very dangerous relationships with the dark society and the underworld. Because he was afraid that Alador would lead Darius to participate in these paths, The PGG tried even harder to convince Darius to join the council. At the same time, The pgg cooperated with Hermonculus to create false evidence to accuse Alador of being involved in causing Eda to be cursed because Alador was related to the black market and wild witches. Alador voluntarily left Darius because he did not want Dariu to be implicated and used the excuse of insulting the artistic value of Darisu's project to make Darius leave him. Darisu was disappointed with Alador's attitude, so he chose to fight back against Alador. Misunderstanding after misunderstanding, Alador and Darius ended their friendship and confronted each other.
