Random question, but is Kat/Stretch a hated ship in the Casper fandom? I was seeing some indications on AO3 that someone who wrote for the ship was bullied and sent threats on Tumblr due to writing a fanfiction for them, despite Kat being 18+ and a consenting adult in the story. (They abandoned their fanfiction due to this.) I am currently writing a slow-burn Kat/Stretch story that also has Kat as 18+ and a mature adult woman, being Casper's governess, but I also don't want to be bullied on Tumblr or receive hate on AO3 for it... 💀
