The moment Cale Henituse return to the Roan Kingdom. They receive devastating news.

Cale didn't even have time to process everything. As he busies himself on burying the one important existence that he ever met.

He handled everything regarding the funeral with a numb and detached expression.

The moment he finishes putting the gravestone. He just stands there looking at the grave motionlessly.

As time passed, everyone left to let him grieve.

Except for two figures that stayed but still gave him space.

Cale who was standing blankly as records of the past greets him. He remembers those times, the moment he meet him, the precious things that he gave him, those beautiful golden locks of his as he stare unseeingly at the grave.

The gravestone with the name that was beautifully engraved.

Alver Crossman.

He slowly walked toward the grave as if he was in a trance.

As if he was being called.

When he reaches the gravestone.

It finally hits him.

A painful lump clogs his throat as he kneels, pressing his head unto the gravestone and holding it in a tight embrace.

A silent weep was heard as his tears were being carried by the wind.

Now that he thinks about it. Does it remind him because the squirrel is golden? or that it gives him money?
