Da Luffy Tab is visible to everyone and is most likely advertising for a netflix show that's coming out on Thursday and (I hypothesize) tumblr fucked up and probably realeased the tab too early, that's the why there are only like 5 posts in there and nothing else is getting added because that Tab most likely isn't supposed to be out yet
