TS4 Paulownia Mall (Karaoke) - Persona 3 - 30x30* (NO CC)

The karaoke place in Paulownia Mall from Persona 3! The other storefronts are included since the karaoke bar is located inside the mall, but they are empty / decorative (for atmosphere lol). *The karaoke bar + "Velvet Room" can fit on a 15x15 by themselves. I've only played P3P, so creative liberties were taken on the interior of the actual karaoke bar lmao
