THIS SHIT is the only thing that makes me happy these days. Only volleyball players on my mind. all day long. how do you expect me to work in these conditions...

I sure hope I can draw more of these fellas, there are so many characters that I like (my favorite is Nishinoya, he's definitely the one I'll draw next).

the more i've been talking w my therapist abt my cptsd diagnosis, it's *seriously* put a lot into perspective for me abt why i react in certain ways and why leaving bad situations is so hard. i knew about fight/flight/freeze, but i didn't know fawning was also a trauma response. i literally shifted my entire personality around and wore masks for people thinking it'd stop them from leaving or like it'd fix everything. all the while, my emotions became even more dysregulated bc of emotional/sexual abuse in my last relationship. this is no way to live man. i hope i can get better. i feel like i lost a good chunk of my identity trying on different masks and disguises to make the pain easier to cope with :/
