Cat Cuddles ~~ Because everyone need a little sweetness in september I decided to make a fluffy little animation of DuCheng being adopted by the 2 cats of the house

As I said to my friend, 1 drawing of this scene is great ... but 50 is better xD More time to appreciate the hug and the cosyness xDD Because for real I can't take these 2 out of my head, I need them to hug 24/7

Also... It's my first time animating a cat or any four-legged animal ever, and I'm still animating with photoshop .. so .. yeah .. don't mind the quality too much, just apreciate the vibe xDD

I feel like the more I draw fan art for cdrama, the more cats I draw too ... oh well, a win is a win

Onions 🧅

I know, without context we can only be like the rest of the team : "what ?!"

But if you want to understand why I did that, here is a brief summary of the conversation that led to it :

[A] : Imagine DuCheng cutting onions and his eyes are tearing up. ShenYi thinks he is sad and hugs him and du cheng doesn't explain it cuz the hug is nice

[M] : No, that would be DuCheng's dream, in reality he would try to make ShenYi believe he is sad... But ShenYi would see the onion and would say to DuCheng that if he wanted a hug he could simply ask xDD

[C] : And then in years to come, when one sees the other looking sad, the other stands with arms open and asks if he'd like an onion

Inspiration ...

A little story for this painting ... SHEN YI WASN'T SUPPOSE TO BE IN HERE

I was just making art, like a good artist does, making a simple illustration for myself ... AND THIS GUY WALKED INTO THE FRAME

I spent so much time drawing ShenYi recently that he kind of infulenced all my other artworks

So yeah, He walked in, I gave in, so now he's here

The original has a white cat, And thinking about it ... it does look a bit like xiaoxuan ... But it was just supposed to be a cat !

You could also see it like ShenYi's spirit, the way he sees his painting, the life it has, the envy to catch the inspiration, to catch the subject of the painting absent from the canvas ... but I'm getting very philosophical there xDD

The sweater - 3D version

You might not know it but I'm actually a 3D artist, I've been working on modeling and fx for 2years now and I wanted to go back to simple sculpting and painting on Zbrush

And what better subject than a doodle I made a couple month ago ? So here is damp ShenYi in his grey sweater

I had to much fun making him in a limited amount of time, keeping the stylisation I had in the doodle and painting him accordingly

If I have time in the future I would like to try and make a diorama with ShenYi and maybe DuChang and/or Xiaoxuan (Don't get me wrong, I want to make ShenYi and DuCheng together but I know how much I already struggle "painting" his face xDDDD)

Art Masterpost UTS MINI BANG

Hello everyone, this is my art masterpost for the @utsminibang!

I had the amazing priviledge to claim a story by @achray1, and woof, I can tell you, that story had me in all kinds of feels. I can't wait for you all to read it. I do love me some angst and the story hit all the right spots, my heart felt like breaking but then Achray lifted it up and healed it again with her beautiful words. I just... I can't praise this story enough.... just go and read it!!

(This was one of my favourite scenes in the story, because boy it hurt... but I love to suffer, so that was great)

(And here is my last art piece from the happy end of it all, because a ton of Angst is only good when you get cake in the end, and there was a lot of cake ^_^)

It's an incredible post-canon fic that explores the aftermath of the events in Under the Skin 2. It gave me the dose of Du Cheng POV angst that I was sorely missing from UTS2, so I highly highly recommend.

While trying to disentangle himself from his current life and his feelings for Shen Yi, he seems to only sink deeper and deeper, until an unexpected ally helps both him and Shen Yi to reel him back to the surface.

ART MASTERPOST - Is it really pretending ?

I had the honour of being the artist painting the fanart for @anyreiart story for @utsminibang and I kind of went wild with it, don't blame me, blame the amazingly well-written story !

So brace yourself, it's a long post xDDD

( When I sent my drawings I told them it was a lot and didn't had to do put them all embeded in the fic, but they went and added them all in ! Like .. what ?! I was expecting them to chose ... 3-4... not the 12 !)

Funny story, I wanted to finish all the arts on a monday, and 2 days before the deadline my brain went "WAIT, I got a super idea for a new drawing, for the begining of the fic, I'm sure it'll be fine" … it was but brain ! Stop doing this to me !

Tips to avoid painting DuCheng's face : hide it in a snuggle with ShenYi. Works everytime and you have a drawing with them hugging !

Also, see how shameless DuCheng is ? He said that he was going to put ShenYi's drawing on the wall … well he put it on the freaking fridge !! And I'm not responsible for that, he put it here himself

I drew that much because I kept having the fic in my head and couldn't stop my hand from drawing and drawing, the fic is now printed in my brain.

I really loved the story, the characterisation, the emotions, and the cuteness of both of them, litteraly "faking" a relationship they both want like aaaaargg And finally HUGS yeahhhhh HUGS And also funzies, cause you need some And all of this strictly "for the job" you don't buy it ? but they solved the case at the end ... well things happened in between but eh

Craft time ~~

I don't have any UTS merch at home ... but I'm an artist, I have tools and free will so I made my own merch !! These cute dangling paper dolls are now hanging over my pc and I love them so much T^T I made a little tutorial with the template ready to download if you want to to it too ^^ You can do them normal or with their animal attribute !
