Then, remove the cover and reposition the loin so that the side closest is now farther away from the coals. After about 15 to 30 minutes, the pork loin should read about 140 degrees on a thermometer. Once this occurs, place the pork loin on a cutting board. Let it set there for 15 minutes while you wait for the internal temperature to raise to 150 degrees. It will then be ready to be sliced and served to you and/or your guests.

You know me. I love baking and cooking and I won’t stop until I learn all the techniques that are there to learn. I won’t stop until I’ve found the perfect apparatus for every cooking method that I know of. And because of this passion, you know what happened? I came across this interesting pig roaster / barbecue grill. Yes, it’s a two-in-one. Actually, it’s so versatile that you can cook almost any kind of food in it.

I Flushed My Water Heater Tank & It Felt So Good

These past few days, I noticed that I’m not getting enough hot water from my faucets and shower systems. It’s funny --- or rather annoying --- that there are only two of us who live in our house yet we’re are putting up with a major hot water inadequacy. I know that there’s really no issue whatsoever with our plumbing because we are getting clean water from our faucets. It’s just that it takes a long time for water to get warmed up. Sometimes, the water that comes out of our hot water faucet is cold. There are also times when there’s hot water and then just as we’re about done bathing, the water will turn cold. It’s really irritating.

So here’s what we did. We asked Google what causes this issue and it turned out that we needed to flush our water heater. Ha! We haven’t done that in years! I prayed to God that we wouldn’t get into any kind of accident or get electrocuted. I get paranoid whenever we talk about water and electricity. LOL
