really fucked up that there's an entire (cancelled s3) episode where the whole plot is molly looking for a ghost of a friend who recently passed, her being super in denial that they're gone gone because she can't find the ghost of this person anywhere. and eventually molly has to deal with the loss of losing someone she loves

thanks to a generous anon i’ve been reading up on the scripts of the season that’ll never be animated i might consider a few to be canon we’ll have to see

the girl pretends to ponder this for a while, exuding a continuous 'hmmm' noise as she does so. coming to a BLANK conclusion, molly shakes her head.

" 'fraid nothing comes to mind dapper triangle man. all i can think of is a little list of things i DISLIKE. like, up close street magic and maple syrup ! and hey, ghosts aren't all THAT intense, a ghost is just an undead in need of of friend... oh ! that was a good one liner ! i'm gonna TRADEMARK that ! " she pulls out a pink sparkly notebook littered with puppy stickers all over the cover, clicking a blue glitter pen and writing that down.

" oh sweet baby corn ! i haven't even introduced myself yet ! " she slams the notebook shut, extending a hand out to the.... TRIANGLE GHOST ? " i'm molly mcgee, full time enhappifier, part time... erm... student ? i guess ? "

places a black book with a red triangle man on it titled ‘The Book of Bill’. enjoy molly! i think you’ll like it!

she inspects the book carefully , but doesn't open it. after examining it , she places it down on the table in front of her. " yeeaaah no thanks. i know i shouldn't JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER but this looks a little too intense for me. thanks anyway though ! scratch might like it though ! i'll see if he wants to give it a read. "

" i think they're practing for friday night. bandshell's hosting a battle of the bands to help raise funds for the old dog shelter in town. it's supposed to be a BIG HIT ! either kenny star or atomic pink will be one of celebrity judges. "

molly's attention scans around the bandshell again , following all the way toward more closer to the outer field. finally , she sets her sights on a hot dog vendor whom seems to be making and EATING his own hotdogs in a rather sloppy manner.

at least he's keeping himself occupied. she thought to herself as she shook her head.

molly chuckles softly , turning her full attention back to ford again. beaming up at him on her heals.

" hey ! if you and your brother are still in town by then , i could probably get you guys free entree ! it'll be fun i promise ! "

Curiosity got the better of him - as he followed, he attempted to peak inside the bag contents, an idea that he quickly shuts down when the first few moments show nothing out of the ordinary, other than Molly's behavior. It's likely invisible, Ford. Of course he's not going to be able to see it at this time. Somehow, though, Molly can. What can be visible to one person but nobody else? ...If he asked Stan that question, he'd probably hear the 'imaginary friend' answer Ford originally thought from Stan, followed by trying to convince him there was nothing strange going on. Eyes followed her hands motion towards the band shell, his own clasping behind his back as the two parties waved towards each other. Easy to tell it was new. All nice and shiny, doesn't look like there's spray paint quite yet... Perhaps if he was here sooner, this old bandshell could've screamed haunted. New, however, can still be haunted.

"Interesting," he eventually says, trying to discreetly bring his arm in front of him again, eyes peaking towards his wrist once more. Same readings. Still close. If he fully turns his wrist so he can see it in its entirety... Is that only one thing that's right next to him and Molly? It can't be the sole source of all of the prior readings. Most definitely infested, then. Possibly with the same thing that is with them now. ...Haunted, huh? "Is that standard practice they're engaging in, or would one of the aforementioned 'local performances' happen to be conveniently be soon?" Feigning interest. He lifts his gaze from his device right back to Molly, arm returning to behind him, clasping his own hand once more. Will she look or listen to something that appears to not be there again?

she taps excitedly on her tippy toes , watching as the flower's vines reached out openly to her. it was like she was alice in wonderland... minus the supposed horror elements the book had. and also this isn't a dream !

she's sure of it.

molly gently takes the vine into her hand , resisting giving it an excited shake. " i'm molly ! molly mcgee ! part time volenteerer worker , full time enhappifier ! trademark pending. "

Props to the human for catching themselves from touching him. Quickest way to get on his bad side was doing that without say so. A powered up flower at the end of the day was still a flower sooo...Might as well throw them something for that one however.

The ground next to flower would break a bit, a vine coming out and posing itself in a handshake like position.

"I sure hope I'm real! I don't think I can live with being someone else's illusions!"
