Noir profiling. ⠀ "... leaving the focus on the subject area, elevating it to an iconic status." ⠀ Stylistically, in visual arts, wheatear stills or video, noir has always a specific identifier, the spotlight. I've never found this genre to be dark, or frightful. I guess to me, it has always been about the representation of the scenes, about the light and darkness correlation, and about the theatrics; just as with my fascination for the night, I'm not in search of a scarry thrill, I just like to discover particular lighting scenes. ⠀ See you all next time.
