I might make a new account (for personal reasons). I'll share the new handle when I do.

This account is old and has a lot of older content way far back that brings unpleasant memories, and I'd like a fresh start for the new year. I already have a few name ideas, but I'll probably sit on it for a little longer.

Instead of choosing an intensive, unrealistic, or punishing goal this New Year ask yourself: What is one simple thing that would enrich my life this new year? Maybe you can do three paintings this year. Maybe you can buy and care for a potted plant. Maybe you can learn to cook one meal exceptionally well. You don't need to push yourself to the brink. Let's stop committing to punishing goals based on insecurity and start asking what will enrich our lives.

People are downvoting me on reddit just because I explained he/him lesbians and how they're not new. It's literally been around for decades. People can use whatever pronouns, why do you care?

Someone insinuated that if pronouns =/= gender, they can misgender people as like a gotcha.

I don't know why I thought this would go over better than it did. Sometimes I have too much faith in people.
